Hi,
You should consider your CSAs as your PSAs because you have commision from their purchase and you have matching points if your CSAs are EA2 and above.
So when you have something to say to your PSAs you pass that on your CSAs to.
That is the best way to stay in touch with your CSAs.
Have a nice and productive week.

Best reagards.

If they respond, you can have a daily mail also! Even chatting also will be good!

Otherwise, any effort may not be useful.

But at least you should send a mail through team mail every week on their status and chances for growth.

If they achieve something, you should send an appreciation without fail!

Hello
I think there isn't rules how often you need to contact your CSA's!
It's enough to be a good sponsor, let your CSA's know what they need to do if you see that you can help them! If they working, and don't have any problems, that means you are a good sponzor! 2~3 Times in a week it's ok, asking how goes, any problem or maybe just to say hello so they will know that you are there!

You can contact with your CASs through stream, CSA mailer or email them directly.

In stream you can send short messages to your CSAs 3 time in a week. In CSA mailer you send weekly newsletters, training tips and other messages to your CSAs. If you want to contact particular CSA then send him email or messages through their personal email address.

It depends on the needs of PSA and CSA to fulfill above all their questions and requests. For those who do not communicate, according to the log must send notice the best
about once a week fit.
You can send e-cards directly from geneologye, so the work is easier.
If possible, it is advisable the connection over the telephone or Skype, or via a social network.

It is important because it does not want to know reasign your PSA is someone who is the only visitor. Once you try to contact someone, and do not receive any answer, and you tried to contact one more time, and still no response, then it is only 99% of visitors.
When I say a visitor a person who joined SFI just to check what happens after registration, expecting money to flow effortlessly. It is no secret that only 2% of the 100 branches becomes active. And that's why you have to be careful

How often? In principle at least once a week when you send a mail merge.
Otherwise daily look "movers" tab and the "genealogy".
They CSAs something trying to get them send the question of what they need?
I look at the VP Ledger and see where the "deadlock" or forgotten entitled to VP.
Of course I take care that each CSAs has its Sponsor.
I suppose he conscious of their group where "my" CSAs still sponsor's PSAs!

Our CSAs should be treated on same way as we treat our PSAs

Welcome letter when they join, email from our private email account, or as I like to do, send an E-card.

The content in this welcome letter should be based on to get a relationship setup.

I have begin use personal information about myself in my welcome letters, starting with the phrase: "How can I help You?" as the header in the E-card.
In the text-field I start with:
