We should contact our CSAs as often as is necessary. For example, once CSAs joins our team, we send them a warm welcome E-card and email in much the same way we do with our new PSAs.

This initial contact is followed up after at least a week or 10 days to give them enough time to settle in.

There are new CSAs who may not have a chance to get to know their sponsors and get the help they need to get started, and once you get to check their Profile and VP Ledger you know what

Hi
i would answer your first question, how often?
I would suggest as often as it is necessary and needed. Why? Because, new challenges or improvements or help might be needed by your CSAs. Some might be in groups or as individuals.
As a group, once a week is advisable to avoid information overload. Then depending on your CSA's individual performance, it'l require consistent communication especially if the individual CSA was once inactive and now its active and wants to learn. Such

It is best to look into your Genealogy first before you decide of sending or contacting your CSAs. In your Genealogy, you can immediately see who among the members of your CSAs are not moving or becoming idle for a period of time.

Members who are idle with their SFI Homepage should be sent with letters of encouragement. Let us understand that some newbies in this business are not yet truly aware of the great opportunities they could have inside. Some may remain reluctant at first but later

I send my CSA's an Welcome mail, with a few tips, as soon as I get a notification, explaining that I am their new Co-Sponsor, and next to their Sponsor, I am the person to contact if they need any help

Then they get exactly the same series of team mail I send to my PSA's, where I explain a lot of different topics from SFI.

When I send out a weekly team mail, I include my PSA's, all generations and also my CSA's

I do have competitions for all team members, PSA's and

My CSA are equally as important as my PSA. So when I notice a CSA scoring VP, I send the person an E-card to show my appreciation of his/her action. Even though you did not personally sponsored the CSA, you still earn commission from their activities in Tripleclicks.com.
So when am sending the weekly newsletter,I use the group genealogy to send to all of my down lines (PSA and CSA), therefore all team Leaders should treat his down lines equally and support them as if they are your PSA.One or

Thanks for this question.

Like PSAs, CSAs are also part of our team.

In fact, the moment we become EA, we get 2 of them. They are the ones who help us to build our team even if we do not have a PSA in the initial stages.

Hence, they need to be respected the way we respect our PSAs. What ever they do or don't do that will have a bearing on our growth.

In what ever ways we contact our PSAs, we should apply the same to our CSAs. It does not warrant any

I would suggest that you should contact the new CSA's at least 3 times in their first week to make them aware that your are here to support them....

Ask them questions what type of trouble they are having as I know when I started I was over whelmed when I started doing the LaunchPad....

Provide them these basic tasks they need to do everyday and whats available for them in SFI...
Here is a list that they can use to get started on their business with SFI....

1)

Hello Danijela

Good question. Although you have asked how often and in what ways should we contact with our CSAs. But my answer will cover contacting both PSAs as well as CSAs as PSA ans CSAs are both important. Sometimes CSAs give you more commissions than even your PSAs.

HOW OFTEN TO CONTACT

1. It would be absurd to contact your PSAs/CSAs daily. Otherwise they will be overloaded with information provided by you. They should get enough time to assimilate the first

Based on my observation, my CSAs tend to be more opened especially when they request for support. In my experience, I found it easy to build rapport with my CSAs.

What you need to consider about how often you should contact your CSAs:

- Besides logging in daily and performing their To-Do List, your CSAs are also receiving messages from their Team Leaders and from their downlines.

- Just as you are still going through with supporting and training your downline, they

I would say you should contact your CSAs as often as new information becomes available, if you feel you can be helpful to someone. I would not contact them more than necessary and take the place of their Sponsor. You may be giving out some of the same information as their Sponsor as they are trying to coach their PSAs and helping them succeed, so what I do is give out tips of what I'm personally doing to reach my goals and reminders about different things. This usually is in the form of an e-card
