I love them - especially when they are active! But it is quite a difficult job. Always greet them with E-card "Welcome", letters with personal presentation and recommendations for key actions to be able to navigate. I prefer to send letters by email to be able to check the information - there are many false and inaccurate addresses.
The best option is the feedback that guarantees interest and commitment of the new PSAs This is the meaning of the so-called "White list",

Setting up proper communication with your PSAs starts with viewing their profiles, finding out what they want based off of those, and then contacting them individually, via e-mail, and eliciting more of their values so that you can know how to best talk with them. If you can, get phone numbers and messenger addresses from them, so that you can talk with them more directly. The clearer your lines of communication, the better you can work together.

The Team Mail feature is a great way to communicate with your new PSAs. While sending individual emails is good to a certain extent, the process can be tedious and rather time-consuming. Individual emails work fine if one of your affiliates has a question or two about SFI. But with regards to your downline, the Team Mail feature can save you some time and a few finger cramps.

The best way to establish proper communication with the new PSA is firstly that his instructions are good advice for beginning and instruct him on the right path .

To motivate him for the first month because it is the period when most of the PSA giving up .

Then accomplish with it the connection to social networks because of easier komukacije .

I always help him and he'll understand that you try and it will always be appreciated .

And finally become friends

I would say your 1st communication will be on live chat if you and your new team member is online at the same time. However, I find the new affiliates does not react always - maybe they are not aware of the same time message option?

e-cards still remains a lovely way to communicate with individual affiliates and to let them know they are special to you and that you are interested in their progress and willing to help them.

Team mail is another very good way to communicate with

"What are the best ways to set up proper communications with my new PSAs?"

It is first and foremost in importance to send your new PSA a warm and welcoming ‘Welcome’ letter or E-Card, as soon as possible. I prefer the E-Cards as they seem more personal.

Don’t overload your welcome email with too much detail, but set them on the right path of ‘getting started’.

If you see (through your daily check-up of your genealogy) that they have become active
