How often and in what ways should we have contacts with our CSAs?

I prefer to 2 times weekly contact with CSAS.
First Monday to motivate them to work in the coming week, to help them and ask something from their private lives.
Another contact usually do on Friday before the weekend to remind them of weekly tasks and wished a pleasant weekend.
The best way is via e-mail, social networks and of course through SFI.
For building my business, what is the most valuable thing to spend my TCredits on?

Hello,
The most valuable thing to spend TC credits is to go on DUBLE MRP auctions . Here, you will get 10 MRP and MRP when gather 126 points you can buy 1 TC credit and thus get 102 points VP which is great to confirm status . Or you can also spend on games and if you are that day get a good result can be obtained various awards such as MRP points and TC credits .
What tips do you give to your PSAs in your welcome letter to them?

I personally give this advice :
1. How do the initial tasks and achieve the first 700 VP points .
2. Notifies them of the site rules .
3. Advise them not to do LUNCHPAD and INTERMEDIATE ACTIONS ( only if they need to confirm status )
4. Introduced them to the Fast -Track package .
5. And at the end of them to the video clips for beginners .

The best way to establish proper communication with the new PSA is firstly that his instructions are good advice for beginning and instruct him on the right path .
To motivate him for the first month because it is the period when most of the PSA giving up .
Then accomplish with it the connection to social networks because of easier komukacije .
I always help him and he'll understand that you try and it will always be appreciated .
And finally become friends with him .
