A very interesting question, Mr Waleed Alif. You must prepare yourself to become a Team Leader as a SFI Affiliate with or without a team. Once we achieve the EA (Executive Affiliate) rank, you have to find people as Affiliates under you.SFI, your Sponsor & up lines may provide a number of Affiliates to be placed under you when they see how active and hard working you are in your business. So you are already a Team Leader even though your title does not indicate it, so you must assume the post

Actually the idea of a team leader rank is to have a team of which you are the leader and the main reasons why some advice against becoming a team leader without an active team is because you may be unable to sustain the rank without receiving team support VP and other earnings from an active team, which may contribute towards your investment capital.

This notwithstanding, some others also advice that it is appropriate to become a team leader as soon as you can and not having an active

Hi Waleed!
I for one I don’t think it is a good idea to go for Team Leader if you don’t yet have an active team. SFI is your lifetime business. Take it easy. Do not try to run before you can walk.

If you are a Team Leader, you must have people under you. A team is a body and the Team Leader is the head of the body. If you are a Team Leader without an active team, you are the head without the body. You don’t have support. You can fall anytime.

Team Leader is a title.

The moment you qualify as EA you have a team of 2 CSA's. The size of your team is not relevant. If you want to 1st get to know the business before providing guidance and support to others you should not qualify as EA - which I will not recommend.

You are not your CSA's first point of contact, so even if you do have a team you still have time to learn enough to feel comfortable leading a team. Only once you feel confident and comfortable you start advertising to recruit your own PSA's

A Leader is nothing without followers! It is also important to remember that you may not be suited to the role of team leader, many, if not MOST people aren't. That's ok, you may be better suited to being the firepower of the team and doing what the leader tells you. Remember, the leader is nothing without you to follow them.

The simple fact is that leadership is a natural thing for some people, and completely alien to others. This is unfortunate, and often those who are naturally leaders

Going for Team Leader is a good idea, but I wouldn't advise it if you don't have a strong fleet of PSAs under your belt.

That reason being, it would be too expensive to move up the ranks. You would have to fork over a lot of cash just to make Bronze. For now, just stay the course. Focus on logging in, doing your daily actions, and scoring your VP. When you do take any PSAs under your wing, teach them to duplicate what you do, and you'll reach Team Leader status in no time. But of

I have a team, but not a very active one. One day I was looking at my scoreboard and noticed that I was very close to achieving team leader status and I took it. I am now in my second month as team leader and am seeing the benefits of it. This is my business and I don't want to wait on others to make me successful.

I would say that if it is very difficult to achieve team leader status, then I would wait. Either for your team to become active or for you to do more on your part without having

Become BTL is the second step to which all aspire.
To get to reach the rank would be appropriate to study well.
However, personally I recommend it to reach the rank BTL anyway because at the end of each month is entitled to a share of CSA equal to 40/50.
Among these CSA you can find some good partnerships.
All in all, with the purchase of 15/25 PSA per month and the help of the above mentioned CSA, you can get there early to success. So regardless of the knowledge I advise everyone

I think there is a lot of value in going for Team Leader no matter how many affiliates you have signed up and active under you. Many people might be more willing to sign up under a Team Leader to begin with, as the Team Leader status provides more confidence in the person signing up. Also, there are so many more benefits when one is a Team Leader, such as the Second Home CSA's that are awarded each month. I don't think it is wise to spend a ton of money each month just to make Team Leader, but if

Hi Asif,

My experience suggests it's better not to do this.
Building your personal team involves efforts and learning and only during these activities you can be sure to give a real support to your team affiliates.

From economic point of view it is not a good idea, you have to do 3000 VP to get BTL, and this action will not be payed to you until you have not a working team.

So it's better spend your credits and economic resources for building a strong working
