generally I send a welcome card to all my new PSA's.

I insert a text like:

"As your sponsor, I'm here to help you with any questions you might have,
I'll do my best to support you in any way I can. One of the most important
things I do is help develope future leaders in my group.

In our work what is important is teamwork.

So don't hesitate to contact me for whatever assistance you might need !

Again welcome and congratulation, I wish you a great future in SFI !!"

You have also an option in your My Acct/Misc/New Psa Greeting, where
you can automatically greet all new PSA affiliates. (and CSAs too).

I suggest also to follow your MOVER tab and follow the PSAs who demonstrate
interest in the activity.

Send a PSA Mailer every week and always follow the PSAs who are working.

Good question Erica,

From my point of view you just have to do the actions you hope your downline affiliates do.

So, purchase a standing order (it's fundamental), earn VP purchasing or selling goods,
bid to auctions, do daily/weekly/monthly actions, play with EZ games, build a downline,
earn the most VP you can every month, confirm your qualification (or better) every month.
(There are many other actions to do to be by example ECA actions, reviewing your
purchases and so on).

These actions with the time will give you a lot of badges and they can be viewed by your downline
simply clicking on Support option of the black bar and then your Upline and clicking on your name.
Or linking https://www.sfimg.com/AffiliateSnapshot?sfiid=yourIDnumber (In every case they must be
logged in).

You cannot guide and support your affiliates if you did not the actions you hope they do.

Interesting question,

I think that when you have millions (also if a lot inactive) of affilates you can
choice best methods to work.

SFI is the only way online that let you for free choice best strategy
to duplicate a system that you are using.

(And this is fundamental), you must join the system for giving informations
about it.

So use SFI and SFI with your daily work will give you serious incomes.

My experience suggests it's better not to do this.
Building your personal team involves efforts and learning and only during these activities you can be sure to give a real support to your team affiliates.

From economic point of view it is not a good idea, you have to do 3000 VP to get BTL, and this action will not be payed to you until you have not a working team.

So it's better spend your credits and economic resources for building a strong working team and then you will be able to get next qualification.

We need at minimum of five new good workers like us in our downline and then we can think to get next level.

A good question .

The first thing to do is to know as much as possible about the system you're working on .

In SFI you can do it just by visiting all, but really all, the sections of your SFI page,
absolutely every day for some of them (to gain your daily VP, but also to learn about) and day
by day for the others.

From my experience in network marketing I learned one essential rule:
You can not promote anything without you being a consumer.

So you have to invest your efforts and your resources in SFI system, in TripleClicks and
ECA system if you want to promote them and become a leader with serious prospects.

Try to find the best strategy to do this with the minor efforts possible.
It certainly means you have really to work. But it can mean great future incomes
for you thanks these efforts.

We can be, thanks SFI, entrepreneurs of ourselves without great economic resources.
But we must do the best to improve ourselves and learn every day to reach our goals.
