Hi Affiliate,
In the first two to three months you should personally work on improving your own rank. In the process you could become a BTL your self that is no problem at all. Buy NMP become a fast track member, enter E365, buy S-Builder all these actions will give your team the image of a leader they would like to follow if you develop a team later.
Believe me I did all this and today I have a team of 70 first level PSA's, 25 level 2 PSA's and 274 second home and own CSA's together. Thats

It depends on what the particular wants to achieve. First, he/she may want to receive the benefits of a Team Leader position. This could mean gaining shares of CSA's from the Executive pool on a monthly basis as TL. Those shares help to build a study down line that builds his residual income on all of the CSA's sales and purchases. Second, this creates an area of duplication. The CSA's and PSA"s will recruit other's to further increase your down line and earning potential, given that all

Absolutely - as a one word answer.

Team Leader is simply a category that SFI uses to identify how far along an affiliate is in their achievements.

TL status is a personal achievement based on an affiliate's determination, commitment and consistency.

Being a TL can simply be a way to show others that you're able to successfully lead self thus become a mentor to others no matter how you know them. SFI is built on collaboration and shared knowledge, it is not limited

Very good question!
Most of us will agree that there is no need for that but there's a catch ... When you become TL - next month you will receive one share CSA (for BTL), 2 share CSA (for STL), and so on ...
CSA are also members of your team so when you becoming a Team Leader you actually build a team?
CSA you get in this way may be more active than CSA who have just joined, and often more active than PSA who have just joined!
At some point their co-sponsors have not confirmed

Certainly Yes. In my experience for 4 years in SFI I can say that my active team members are from my first year when I was BTL. When I became again BTL last month I received another active members. If you can afford being BTL don't hesitate to do it. In my last 3 years I was EA2. I was always with 1-2 active members from my first year and of course empty pockets. My investing was not returned. I always was on red with SFI. When I became BTL in May this year I received more than 2 CSA and bigger commission.

Hello Waleed,

Thank you for the question.

Yes; a person should definitely go for the rank of Team Leader even if they don't have a team. Leadership is all about goals, determination and success.

However, this condition will only arise when one is going for Team Leader in the first month of joining SFI and has not yet sponsored any affiliate. By becoming Team Leader, one gets shares of Second Home CSAs and thus a team under him/her is created. Also there are many ways

One of the ways of becoming a team leader is to purchase PSA's at TripleClicks. This gives you a team as well as helping you to become a team leader. If you feel that you are confident enough to lead, then why not?

So the team leader status becomes easier to get, you get the two CSA's a month to add to your team, and you have a way of becoming a team leader each month.

Of course if you don't feel you have the necessary information and skills to lead a team yet, there is no

The first stage for any affiliate in SFI is Fast Track. This is not the situation when he starts building up his own team. After reaching Executive Affiliate, he will start contemplating to have his own people in his own team who will work for him to build up the business. The question to be considered is whether he can acquire Team Leadership without his own members. The straight and simple answer is he cannot. When we go deep in to the reasons:
1.He did not have enough of experience in SFI

I think yes!

Many people here in SFI may argue that without an active team of affiliates none should go for the rank of Team Leader but I think when you become a Team Leader you will definitely receive a team of co-sponsored affiliates some of which may be active. That will definitely build a team for you.

If you have financial ability, you should go for the rank of Team Leader and then definitely build your team not only with CSA but also with PSA. If you cannot directly recruit

This question is very similar to one that was recently asked and I will answer it in the same way - until you have an active team, it is pointless to spend your time becoming a TL.

Your time is better spent in preparation to become an excellent sponsor and Team Leader. You can do this by educating yourself. Complete the Launch Lessons, your daily to-do tasks (red tabs) and all of the other available trainings, especially how to become an outstanding sponsor.
