Many people here in SFI may argue that without an active team of affiliates none should go for the rank of Team Leader but I think when you become a Team Leader you will definitely receive a team of co-sponsored affiliates some of which may be active. That will definitely build a team for you.

If you have financial ability, you should go for the rank of Team Leader and then definitely build your team not only with CSA but also with PSA. If you cannot directly recruit PSA, you may purchase S-Builder Co-op Unit and you will definitely get some PSA even some active ones. You may also purchase PSAs To Go.

But please remember, without an active team, you cannot do profitable business here. Have a strategy here. Become a Team Leader, maintain for a certain period by which you can be able to build an active team.

Keep patience, you may not be able to get one active member say out of 100 PSA. Don't disappointed for that. Look for ways to recruit more PSA. 5 active PSA may change your fortune. You may ask your nearest friends to join SFI under you. Give them some rewards. They may become gold for you.

Please don't think to earn money within short time. Work hard, you will be rewarded soon. All the best.

SFI is a self sufficient business store where all the materials of successful business exist. An affiliate doesn’t need to visit other website or business forum to acquire more knowledge.

I think SFI is the best suited site for disabled persons. I myself am a physically disabled person. I don’t need to visit other site to gather knowledge about doing online business. I have found all the knowledge required for my online business here.

If any disabled person who can’t go outside for work can easily work with SFI and TC and expand their business. He/she can use much of his time for learning and earning here. I know many disabled persons earn their living working online.
