The short answer is No. How can you be a leader if you don't have a team? You wouldn't qualify even if you had the points. You cannot build by yourself unless you make lots of sales to people who just buy and never become members. It's much easier with a team. You are already part of a team even if you don't have your own. You have upline Sponsor and Co-sponsor who can reassign their team members to you if qualified.
To be a leader you need followers so I will say no because even if you become a team leader you will have to wait for sometime before receiving your second hand csas.
In my opinion I will advice to build up a strong down line at least 1st and 2nd gen before upgrading to the leader status that way you benefit from their matching VPs and at a lesser cost to you.

Yes, but I will advise you to Build your team first order than pursuing a team leader, as for me , I joined sfi about 3 months ago and since then I've been maintaining EA , my CSAs are not active and only 2 of 12 PSAs are active. What I am trying to tell you is that you need to build your team first though not easy but at least to help you excel in sfi
When you sign up from the beginning, the first plan does your sponsor wants you to become an EA affiliates for the whole coverage of the month. Let us bear in my minds that this is your business and it has a program to follow in order you not to quit in an early stage, if you will make your business as a race cart. Learn first from the hardworking and LEGEND members/Team Leaders of SFI and wait for the time to position your self. If you have that kind of spirit to be a team leader and you find a good team that they know what to do, this is the time to compete with them and one of your team can beat 10 of them or even famous companies.
Bear in mind, if you do not have the innovative spirit as a Team Leader, wait for the time!!!

I think don't do that. The must important of all is team.
You can go to TL without team but then you must find a lot different ways to keep you TL status.
And it's true there are a lot of ways.I think that the best profit is when you have a strong team. But everybody make youself choises.

My answer to this question is a big "NO" coz the meaning of team leader is defined as someone who has a group of people he is leading. though in sfi the higher your rank, the more u earn but anyone going for team leadership ought to understand the dynamics here, that leadership is only accurate when one can say i coached this successful affiliate but bearing the name a leader and not having any team you supervise isn't worth for.
