the best way to get your new PSAs to speed up in this business is by letting them understand all the necessary information they need as their sponsor.
let them know that any successful business they see today started somewhere with much being done from the basis of the foundations they laid to put up that success story they see today.
letting them their know that the they the CEOs of their own business will make them rise up daily to do what is expected of them as CEOs of their own businesses.

relying on your sponsor really counts because in a case that an affiliate doesn't even have the skills and knowledge in internet marketing business, he/she may not be able to build a successful business for themselves when no coach is available to guide them. sponsoring isn't just having that title without working. and even if an affiliates knows best, he/she may not know all it takes to succeed in this job..
so to me affiliate ought to rely very much on sponsors and the sponsors must also be available always since the affiliate success and ours are the key factor for succeeding in sfi

SFI provides lots of best and effective strategies to its affiliate and we must go back to reading it over and over until we are abreast with such strategies.
i will also recommend that offline marketing be employed as a beginner. because being a beginner, u must put to practice what you are taught and doing so is through offline marketing so that you become confident that indeed you are acquired the needed skills and knowledge of the business you are doing.

My answer to this question is a big "NO" coz the meaning of team leader is defined as someone who has a group of people he is leading. though in sfi the higher your rank, the more u earn but anyone going for team leadership ought to understand the dynamics here, that leadership is only accurate when one can say i coached this successful affiliate but bearing the name a leader and not having any team you supervise isn't worth for.
