I am thinking many are not lazy and or unmotivated, but instead don't understand the entire SFI program. Many are hoping for instant wealth, and become frustrated with their small commission checks not realizing they are building for the future.
SFI requires work and dedication to be successful, with no promise of instant wealth. I continue to see my income rise each year, because I have been dedicated and working, you can do so as well!
That is a very astute question one i am trying to figure out myself. Firstly find out their goals, if their goals were to get rich quick SFI is not here for that and you might have to let them go. I have been sending team mails at least 3 or 4 times weekly with words of encouragement. Email them as well. Set up a competition with prizes of tcredits or gift certificates or other incentives. That's basically what i have been doing. I hope that helps!

Frankly speaking, if any of your downline indicate that they are 'lazy' and 'unmotivated', perhaps its a waste of energy to worry about them - other than to keep sending them a weekly team mail?

Rather spend more energy and time to find or purchase more new Affiliates?
First and foremost , you have to weigh as to why the affiliates is unmotivated.Write down those possibilities and address those possibilities to them day by day until they start trying. when they do so , show concern with them and show consistent assistance to them .use all possible means to communicate with them including social sites and phone call , this will increase their level of motivations.with these they will wade away laziness slowly.thanks
Show them how well you are doing here and lead by example, if you are active they will hopefully be more active too. Let them know that you are here to help in any way you can.
Offer an incentive - say free T Credits or gift certificates to anyone who logs in and completes their to do list for a full month or refers a certain number of people.
I rather not to say lazy and unmotivated affiliates. You call your affiliates lazy and unmotivated is you are send them away. Note that in marketing, you need to deal with your customer with attractive approaches by helping them what they want that benefit them. And that approach what you need to develop to help your PSA that motivate them. Guide them what they like. "Are you serious about an internet income?"
I had 7 replies, "yes please I want an internet income, how does this work?"
All had joined SFI.
Not 1 repeat ONE had logged in after signing up.
Is this fault with the system?
I do not know.
But it is a bit like offering a starving person a bowl of soup and a hunk of bread only to find they will not eat it, probably because they do not trust you.

The most important of them is good to inform about work, the way profits to understand the essence of this work. It is important to them, j one time send the first email with instructions to start and all other materials related to the green line, Launchpad, a book in pdf as SFI and what they should be doing during the first month. It is important to give them all the necessary assistance because they are beginning to get confused and they need. If you are still not carried out the basic steps means you have given up and do not need to waste drain energy and effort to get them to focus more on new members. Because you can not motivate someone to work if he does not.

Thank you decide to register! However, the mere registration does not mean much to start in this business. For further work is necessary to accompany the initial steps.
