Sometimes what it takes to get through to inactive or occasionally active affiliates is just leveling with them about where people come into this business at, and telling them what the common perspectives are. Then simply ask them where they are at with regards to the business. Here is an example it might be done.

Some people come into this business expecting a paycheck at the end of the month. They are used to equating their time with so many dollars per hour working for someone else.

Lazy and unmotivated affiliates is difficult to motivate - it's that kind type of people, they just don't want make the effort about anything.

Although in that group of subsidiaries there are some differences among people

- A lack of self-confidence and therefore flee before they try anything
- An understanding that success in SFI actually required effort and work - and that is not what they expected
- Some entered the SFI out of curiosity and they have

Consider first what kind of energy you're sending when you’re saying that they are lazy. Lazy people don’t try to find a job. I think that the problem is that they expect quick profits, and here they realize that they must spend time to get it.
When they realize that this is not a quick buck, you need to find a way to keep them. You’ll do that by convincing them that this is a safe salary, unlike many of which are offered on the Internet. Further, in this business they do not need to

Well, there is an African adage that says " it possible to force an horse to the river but, it is impossible to force it to drink water. "
The same goes for any lazy and unmotivated affiliate, the sponsor can try his or her best but only those who have the same mindset will replicate and duplicate their sponsor.
Another point is that most unmotivated affiliates thinks SFI is what they can do in a day and money will start coming in stream. So what is the solution:
Right from

This really requires two answers, because 'lazy' and 'demotivated' are completely different states of mind.

If your affiliate is lazy, you will find yourself working harder and harder to keep them moving forward. The more help you offer, the more they will expect of you, and when you stop giving it, they will stop moving forward. The short answer is, don't bother. Forget them, and focus your efforts where they will bear fruit.

If they are just demotivated, then they may be

Laziness and procrastination go hand in hand. It does not mean that if you are lazy you are dumb or there is something wrong with you-you just wait for things to get done instead of taking the initiative to do them yourself.

The only way I see these lazy affiliates to get motivated is to keep on reminding them that they too can become successful and have a business of their own. They need a constant reminder of this to get them out of their comfort zone. Sometimes they need encouragement

the main goal or any leader is to get each tem member working to their best level but to do so the leader must understand and support each person as a valued individual and partner/team-mate.
The first thing to do is let go of judgement based on our own experience.
Most people who are inactive simply choose to be so for their own personal or professional reasons.
Others may not understand the program and be hesitant to speak out, for fear of losing face or because they do not understand

"How do you motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates"?

I motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates by sending TM to all my PSAs and CSAs via the PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer or Genealogy Group Mailer.
I was lucky to be contacted by some affiliates who, until then, had never done anything.
I worked closely with one of them until he became an Executive Affiliate.
The following month everything has become difficult: communication, VP, etc....
On her profile, it is stated

For me, I always tell the success stories of famous people or from my experience though of another case but is an effort that led to success.

For example, I was a programmer and drummer who has the ability above average and has a lot to teach others about programming and drumming. I told how my process up to this stage of learning, how to communicate, how to determine the goal or target. Convincing them without a target the way we will be slower. Then I told him that I produced from the

Well when we call our affiliates lazy and unmotivated I get the sense that you have some frustration behind that statement.

If you send out team mails that sound like you are frustrated with them then that will be ineffective communication. I would suggest to write very positive and inspirational only team mailers on a weekly basis. Most people have joined because they wanted to get rich fast, just like most people who buy lottery tickets and then don't win so they just move on. With
