Tell them this proverb ' Rome was not built in a day' They cannot become instant millionaires overnight in business unless they strike million dollars lottery. But still they have to buy(invest) the lottery, not only once but numerous time in order to strike rich.

Persistence, consistence, determination and focus to pursue and attain their goals are important ingredients to keep them motivated.

Understand the concept and mechanisms of SFI business. It's not a quick get-rich

Hello Anwar,

If some of your affiliates become EA in the first month and then stop logging in, it is probably because despite all the information provided by you and SFI, they still did not truly understand how much of an opportunity this is.

They probably glossed over the information thinking that by clicking on the links they would collect enough VP to earn a significant amount of money. Of course, that is not at all realistic. The VP they earn in the Getting Started, Intermediate

Thanks for this question.

When any one joins SFI, its Sponsor's responsibility to explain all about SFI Business without giving any blank promises on earnings. The following should be explained among other things:

1. SFI is not a become over night rich program;
2. Its to be viewed as any other business;
3. It requires to be concentrated on a daily basis;
4. SFI Rules of Success to be followed diligently;
5. Earning depends on individual's as well as Teams's

In my search for the right company to build my home business with I ended up joining a few of them. After spending a week or two with the company I would decide if I wanted to stick with them or not.

I would contact my sponsor (if possible) and tell them I was leaving the company. I would do this to see what my sponsor was going to do or say in attempting to keep me in this/her team.

Most of the time I only received an email stating “sorry to see you go”

There is too much hype about making at least 1500 VP to maintain EA status, so many affiliates who make EA will be expecting income that is closely aligned with the hype and bubble, only to be very disappointment when they see their commission. Irrespective of the fact that some sponsors may do everything possible to make them see other benefits like the CSAs that are assigned and 10 Tcredits but the success of this effort is often made difficult by the very high percentage of inactive CSAs and the

Acknowledge their comments about "this is not what I expected".

We are not here to force people to become active affiliates with SFI but with their knowledge of what is not working for them, this would be a great opportunity to investigate, talk with them about what is not working for him or her and possible offer your support to see if things can change.

SFI is a universal program but as with any program, people definitely need to be ready to be open to the program

Many new PSAs who give up or remain inactive, shortly after joining do not even give reasons or communicate with their sponsor when they do. So if your affiliate tells you that they are quitting for any reason, the first thing to do is to appreciate their gesture in writing to you. At the same time this offers you a chance to explain to them what is expected of them when they join SFI. Just start by being friendly and explain your own journey and even give examples of other people who also wanted

You might be able to find a hint why an affiliate stopped after becoming an EA in his/her first month through his/her Affiliate Snapshot.

The Affiliate Snapshot contains the profile section where you can find out the following important information about your affiliate:

- Number one reason for starting a SFI business and if he/she operates another business besides SFI.

- Prior experience before joining SFI; if he/she has ever been involved in a network marketing business.

It's always best to know what an affiliate's expectations are before they give up and quit, so I would say that preventing this in the first place if possible, would be best.

You can easily do this with your welcome email or ECard by simply asking - "What do you expect from SFI?" or "What are your goals with this program?"

If your affiliate answers that they expect to be earning a million dollars by tomorrow, you have a great chance to discuss with them the

Your affiliate is probably telling the truth because he has been an EA already the first month. Your challenge is how to clarify things that probably he doesn't understand.

One of the misunderstanding for SFI affiliates is how we can succeed in SFI and earn. The fail to see the factors that can contribute to our success.

Another reason why some affiliates stop is because they find the SFI business model complicated.

You can help them understand that there are only
