Good question. Some affiliates make themself a Team Leader but they don`t have established team. My opinion is that they should form a team of people who will be active every month and bring new active members. Number of people in a team depends on your goals. Only when you establish your team then needs to become a leader. Make sure that all of yours PSAs becomes EA2. If you are sure you have a good and reliable team become a Bronze Team Leader. Then you can progress to Platium Team Leader.

The best time to move from EA in BTL is when you have a minimum of 2 active members in the position of the EA and regularly advertise.
Without advertising and a minimum of 2 active members - who are also advertised does not make sense to rush into position BTL.

It is not difficult to become a Team Leader in your first month with SFI but it is difficult to maintain your team leader status without having a team. So I suggest when you 5 PSA’s in your down line and when they qualify for EA2 then it would be the best time to upgrade your Ea rank to Team Leader.
OBJECTIVE 1500 VP and EA STATUS
Your first goal is to have 1,500 VP points on a monthly basis and to achieve the status of EA. When done, twice in a row (two months) gives the label EA2.
