If persons I sponsor advance in SFI faster than I do, should I continue to try to train and support them?

In our work what is important is teamwork. You, the sponsor have to be someone's coordinator. You, sponsor, can learn from your members. If your member progresses rapidly that is good. It is important that your member knows he can count on you. If you do not have the answers to all his questions you can contact someone from your Up line. So they teach you and him, together. Finaly, the answer on your questions is "Yes, why not..."
When is the best time to upgrade your rank from EA to Team Leader?

Good question. Some affiliates make themself a Team Leader but they don`t have established team. My opinion is that they should form a team of people who will be active every month and bring new active members. Number of people in a team depends on your goals. Only when you establish your team then needs to become a leader. Make sure that all of yours PSAs becomes EA2. If you are sure you have a good and reliable team become a Bronze Team Leader. Then you can progress to Platium Team Leader.
