Don't get discouraged.

Reach out to them and find out what has caused their inactivity.

Offer any and all help you can possibly give and if needs be, stretch beyond that i.e. gift certificate, sending e-cards, giving T-Creds, making calls when possible, re-assigning CSA's, Co-op inclusion, etc.

Again, don't get discouraged.... There is a reward for not becoming discouraged when you continue to send out Teamails weekly! (30 VP)

Get their feedback concerning

Hi Michelle,
Very good question, as no doubt each and everyone EA2 and upwards faces this problem constantly. I'm not sure of the 'stats' but I venture to guess that almost 99% of our 'P.S.A.'s' - act in this way sometime or other !!

Whilst Gery tells us to 'work with the workers', we still have to try to encourage those 'inactive PSA's by sending them a team-mail at least every week - just to try to keep them aware that we still hope for their participation in our 'Team'...

Since we are their Sponsor, that also means that we have gone though that door.

In SFI, our first lesson is all about ourself and how bad we want to improves our way of living. And of course having a business means we need to deal with humans.

As we go on further, we will soon learn more about a Business, its future goal, its finance management and its staff's teamworking activity and much much more.

By understanding that, we will also realise that all humans have

We need to understand that we have basically three types of Affiliates. We should know their characteristics so that we know how to deal with them and what advise to give.

Let me mentioned the three types of affiliates first and I will elaborate on the type of affiliate that is being asked.

1. Those did not bother to be active - this will be the biggest part of out affiliate about 90- 98% of them are like this.

2. Those who are active from the beginning until they

Hi Michelle
What to do?
1. Identify the cause of the inactiveness. I usually do this to this part of my team and am surprised about their response. They became active telling me they thought i'd forgotten about them. Some told me about the problems they were facing and how they had the intention of solving the problem. I had to wait for them encouraging them and letting them know of my ability to them in case they need my help. In this case, it'l require you to make personal contact to

First, I would go to each individual member who has become inactive and check their VP Ledger to see how they have previously been gathering their VP.

I would then compose a team mail to these inactive members based on what I found in their VP Ledger. Use the filters in Genealogy to sort out which members you will be emailing. In your email, I would point out in very gentle terms, how you yourself got discouraged a time or two and how you picked yourself up. It is at this

Inactivity needs to be recognized as something that may be a disturbance to the PSA's ability to continue on with being active.

At times, health may be the issue - which can be a challenge for anyone as when health is compromised, all other aspects are compromised even the home life.

At times, inactivity may be due to misunderstanding about what is necessary to get to the next step in owning the SFI business. With such cases of mis-understanding, it is important to acknowledge

PSAs that start off great are like shooting stars! They’re here today, gone tomorrow, leaving us frustrated and wondering what to do with them!

My advice is to keep the communication open, include them in your weekly newsletters with updates and news of your team’s achievements, the latest star in your team, the best promoter/s, the best seller/s, top author, etc.

Send 'missing you' E-Card, or 'here to help' E-Card every now and then, as well as short messages via Team

Hi,

This is a very important question, because this is the situation which is quite often.

Many of PSA's could start off great, due that it is easy in first months to do such.
Later, their activities could be lower and lower with time.

There are several reasons for this situation:
-they don't build a strong team to push them up;
-they don't see a bigger picture and great benefits of SFI;
-they don't have sufficient income;
-they lose their

The only thing you can really do is try ecards asking if they are having difficulties with which you could help them. Send them a few card, maybe three days or so apart, see if you can get a response.

If they choose NOT to respond to you, there is not much you can do besides continue to send them routine team mails, and cross your fingers! By continuing to contact them weekly, mayhaps they will change their minds.

Many start surprisingly well, then decide to back off when
