The auctions are a good motivation to team members because you earn 1 action versa point for each bid and 5 or 10 MRPs(if it is a double MRP auction) for each T Credit you use. There are many factors you should consider before encouraging your team members to participate in the auctions. We all want to win an auction but it is important to know that you are bidding against affiliates globally and those that may not necessarily be SFI members.

There is stiff competition in bidding for certain products and depending on the time when you bid, your team members should have a considerable amount of T Credits in their account.

You do not want to have a negative effect where your team member uses up his T Credits only to find that he has not won the auction if that was the intention. If however you have made it clear that the team member is only bidding to receive his action points and in turn win shares of CSAs and PSAs - this should be explained before they take part in the auction (if they have not clearly understood the set up).

Therefore you should judge what the affiliates' intentions are before guiding them into bidding.

You have put a really good question the answer of which is 'YES'; because:

(A) by seeing the 'wow' auction prices, which are less than throw-away prices, they will become impressed and within a day or two start participating; and they will continue participating,even if they do not win the auctions initially, because they will keep on winning the 'Flash-Drawings' for T-Credits;

(B) their participation out of being 'impressed by the WOW Auctions' will lead them to generate their PSAs from their known circle of persons;

(C) in turn, their PSAs, means my 2nd and subsequent generation of PSAs. Needless to say, my 2nd and subsequent generations PSAs will generate big commissions for me;

(D) I will be benefited not only by the generation of commissions for me because of their participations, but also by the generation of my 'matching VPs' for me which in turn will uprank me, which again, in turn, enhance my rate of commission, perks and other benefits from SFI.

I conclude my answer by mentioning that 'Pricebenders' is the best part in the entire SFI programme with respect to generating PSAs.

Yes! You should promote participation in Pricebender's because not only is it fun but you can win very nice items at a fraction of their cost. Even if you bid and don't get the item, you aren't a loser because of the vp and mrp you get for each bid. Then there is the bid and build so that is the icing on the cake, as my mother would say.
I am very grateful for the advice my sponsor gave me. He said that before I begin to bid in the auction that I should watch a few auctions and learn how it is done. He also warned me to be careful that I didn't get caught up in the the excitement and and spend too Many T-credits.

Yes, by all means promote participation in PB auctions to your team. This is because:
1) They can get items with as much as 99% of the usual price sometimes.
2) Their participation will be fun and progress to them in their business as they may win in auctions to awake them to the power and possibilities of PB auctions. Moreover if they lose, they are still rewarded with MRPs.
3) Their business can sometimes receive a big boost as they win vital items that are necessary towards growth such as Tcredits, 125 Tcredits 3 or 6 months subscription among others
4) Some may win some very useful items such as smart phones, computers, wrist watches etc that they can use both for themselves and to bag with about SFI.

In conclusion, as they succeed in their business through auction, your business too will be positively affected. But let not this be your primary purpose for promoting PB to your affiliates.
