All the activities are good and help you to learn about SFI and Tripleclicks.

But the reason we are all here is to make extra money. The way to retain your team is to help them to succeed. For each person the path maybe a little different. You need to engage your teams members and learn their strengths and weaknesses. Help them to improve where they need help and always encourage them.

Building a team is important to long term success but I have found most income comes from

Question:
"What is the most important message I must convey to my team to prevent them becoming inactive?"

Khalida Anies,

The best way to prevent this from happening is to do what we know to do as soon as we receive the alert; “You just sponsored a PSA!”
What we do is have these notifications delivered to our cellphones as well as our email address. Making sure we also have our email alerts turned on while doing other online tasks.

It is very

1. We need to have a good rapport, a friendly approach with our team, so that they listen to us.
2. We need to closely monitor them and encourage, appreciate them whenever they progress, however small it is, the SFI way.
3. We need to support them when they need assistance.
4. We have to talk to them and understand their immediate expectation from this business, help them to attain that.
5.We have to show them a way to earn income. Once they get an income, they will become active.

6.We

In my humble opinion inactivity comes from curiosity seekers, desperate job seekers, get rich quick wannabees who actually think they can get something for nothing, are joining SFI disillusioned and then become frustrated when it requires an investment of time & some small discretionary money. SFI is a business. It's not an occupation with salaried income or any guarantees. It comes at a cost of both time and money just like any other legitimate or illegitimate business. Don't concern yourself

Hello, Khalida Anies.

You are, in fact, addressing the issue of what is to be an effective sponsor.

In the 17 years of SFI history, and the prior 13 years of Carson Services, before the creation of SFI, this is one of the questions that have been central to the success of this business.
I personally think that learning the fundamental lessons from such history and going back to it for inspiration will keep us motivated and help us motivate our team members as well.

Some of our affiliates sign up and then become inactive without earning as much as one single VP. With them you can just persist and send them your welcome, e-cards and newsletters and hope you touch on a point that peaks their interest at some time.

Apart from doing your best to help, guide and support your active affiliates and to teach them all you can, there is no guarantees they will stay active - life happens and something totally unrelated might prevent them from staying active.

In order to prevent your team becomes active, you need all the time I encourage:
- To regularly perform daily, weekly and monthly tasks
- To open up a standing order,
- Tripleclicks to advertise and build your team,
- To constantly communicate with their upper and lower line of the team,
- To play T-time game and other games
- To participate in the auctions
- Are active on the forum,
- To regularly monitor all developments by SFI.
However, it is also very

If I knew what is the most important message to convey to my team to make them active I would be a Diamond Team Leader by now!

A lot of affiliates who have been in SFI for many years are still grappling with this dilemma. What to say to make your team be active, and to stay?

As our team is composed of diverse personalities, nationalities, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds there is simply no such thing as one size fits all.

One short and simple message

As a team leader I convey to my downline that SFI is a lifestyle change and this is......

WHY?

SFI’s business model rewards ALL affiliates for taking daily actions. What has always amazed me about, “Human Nature” is that we expect something for nothing. Which goes to an Economics 101 saying, “TANSTAAFL”, There Aint No Such Thing As A Free Lunch”.

The bigger question is, “What are you doing to be successful in YOUR SFI business?” As a team

Good question.

Unfortunately, you never know if your Team will be active or not, unless you signed them up personally.

If so, I recommend telling them your story first, that way they have an idea of why you got into SFI in the first place.

And the real answer is simple for me: The reason I got into SFI and TripleClicks is because I see the incredible potential for growth and residual income.

My commissions have grown every month. Little by little: those
