Free Ads don't work PERIOD! It doesn't matter if it's Facebook, Google or a hundred others. You get what you pay for. Oh sure every once in a blue moon you'll snag someone. But overall I've never had success with free ads other than attracting broke folks looking for something for nothing. To get the biggest bang for the buck, l first requires "The Buck". Decide on what you can afford as a consistent advertising budget. Whether it's a $1, $5 or $10 per day, for the next 6 months. Paid geo economically target marketing ads work the best. These are ads that will only show up on Facebook or Google member pages providing their searching for an online business opportunity. I've never had any luck with buying traffic leads (suspects or prospects), someone else has produced. I think of it this way. Why would someone else sell me target market prospects? If those prospect were so good they'd be contacting them!. First learn all you can about online Facebook & Google advertising, then start testing small short ads to see what works. Remember this. You've only got 5 to 10 words to grab someone's attention and peak their interest enough to find out about you.

Monthly qualifying VP (VersaPoints) from sales/purchases & AVP (ActionVersaPoints) acquired by completing the daily 'To Do List', must be completed as the incentive for each Affiliate to reach EA (Executive Affiliate) status and stay actively engaged (LEADING BY EXAMPLE), in achieving further monthly volume for higher ranking status, thus increasing for themselves higher income capability percentages, bonus levels and badge positions. In my opinion NO!.. WHY?.. since websites and information are translatable region to region there's no need. Keep your approach simple, honest, to the point and with terminology even a 7 year old will understand. Be transparent and lead by example. Let people know that you care and have a responsibility to each person who makes the same commitment that you've made. That commitment is to maintain FAST TRACK, complete the TO DO LIST daily, visit LAUNCH PAD LESSONS daily, place a 125 Tcredits 1500 VP STANDING ORDER so you automatically maintain EA status, and buy products through your SFI that you'd usually buy at someone elses store. LEAD BY EXAMPLE!

I have several schools of thought on offering or providing humanitarian aid.

If your like the billionaire Bill Gates,.. then buy as many personal computers as you can or want to, for individuals or setup a centralized class locations, operating as a 501(c)(3) non profit educational centers. Hire educators to teach basic computer classes, operating awareness, along with internet marketing courses. But even if your in that position I would suggest that YOU yourself learn the SFI business tactics for at least 1 year and lead by example.

However if your not in that financial position then I would suggest getting yourself well first. You can't rehabilitate others while your in the process of gaining personal financial wherewithal. If your just starting out and your have limited discretionary and/or disposable income,. YOU CAN'T AFFORD to rehabilitate others. MAKE YOURSELF WELL FIRST!..

Another thing to contemplate as you become financially successful with SFI would be, as your team begins to show several tears of profit producing EA2's & BTL's then start a group team fund for the same purpose.

The short answer is YES. You can't succeed to a point without financial investment. That is if you don't consider the investment of your time to be worth anything. SFI is an opportunity that requires no financial investment to start growing a second income. However if you have discretionary funds to invest monthly in certain business trade tools and promotional advertising, that will drastically shorten the time frame to reach your financial goals.

“How to achieve success without a financial investment”.
I always use the narrative of - FIRST THINGS FIRST!
Once you've signed up FREE, then complete you PROFILE in detail, answering all the questions so your up-line sponsors and co-sponsors are able to better help you. Include a smiling head-shot photo so people can see your friendly face. Who their dealing with.
Once you have signed up you'll get directed to you SFI Affiliate Center. Through those “Tabs” you can locate all information, instruction, lessons, knowledge base, forums, help and support.
On the same main page in the top right find three Tabs; START – SFI BASICS – LAUNCH PAD. Visit these tabs daily until you know the content and have completed all lessons in the first 30 days. This will help you know how to find answers to the majority of your questions and how to function proficiently on a daily basis.

However,.. don't get bogged down with information overload. That will lead to mental paralysis do to over analysis. Just set aside a certain amount of time daily to go through the learning process.

In the mean time just implement the KISASS method. (Keep It Simply And Short Stupid). You'll find 3 easy steps by clicking the BASICS BUTTON on your Affiliates Center. Then follow those directions.

This is what I'm doing differently.
Independent from SFI, in 2016 I'm continuing to with free social marketing & advertising. But adding paid independent social media geoeconomic target-market advertising, as affordable. This year I'm focusing on attraction marketing to locate individuals willing to and can afford to invest $100 to $150 per month. Serious minded folks willing to work an extra 25 hours per week for the 2 to 3 years that it takes to build this business.

The short answer is you can't anticipate or predict most "SUPER STARS".

Yes,.. those who can dump a boat load of money into the program to start are more than likely to make things happen. But those folks are the absolute minority. They are 1 in 1,000 at best.

It's been my experience in the past 55 years of doing business, most of the folks you think "can do" - "won't".. and the least likely "will". Especially in America (land of plenty) do we witness immigrants going from rags to riches in 5 to 10 years with had work and we have 3rd generation Americans who are working jobs broke and living paycheck to paycheck or on welfare. Why?.. We lose the want too! The try! The Dream! The Belief! The determination!! This is something you cannot anticipate in another person. You have to witness it!!!

All you can do is offer an honest real opportunity to everyone willing to listen. Be observant of those who are showing you they want it and work with the worker's! The Do'ers! The one's who don't know it won't work, so they just make it work!!!...

In my humble opinion inactivity comes from curiosity seekers, desperate job seekers, get rich quick wannabees who actually think they can get something for nothing, are joining SFI disillusioned and then become frustrated when it requires an investment of time & some small discretionary money. SFI is a business. It's not an occupation with salaried income or any guarantees. It comes at a cost of both time and money just like any other legitimate or illegitimate business. Don't concern yourself with those who become inactive. Just send them reminders of you success and what there missing. Work with the workers! Change your recruiting tactics to attract individuals seeking an at home business opportunity. This plan is great for retirees, the disabled, stay at home parents, or just those who want to build greater financial security. Don't use bait and switch type ads offering something for nothing!.. Also make sure your in touch with your folks weekly. Review their profiles and question their motives. Guide them!

First off, if they are a PSA (personally sponsored affiliate), and they state that their goal is to find a JOB (just over broke) position, then I'd tell them to keep looking. Because SFI is not a JOB. SFI is what you do in addition to a JOB so that eventually you don't have to have a JOB!... SFI is an online Affiliate business.

The ambiguity is that almost everything that's promoted online can be construed as a "form filling & tying" or "copying & pasting" position, but it's usually all,. BS!. There are no company's that hire telecommuter employees to work online for salary. There are only performance based income situations online!

I want people who are broke and need a job to go find a job. BUT!.. That doesn't and should not deter you from promoting SFI as a way to help them build a financial future.
