A couple of things to watch for are how well/completely they fill out their profile, and what they do immediately thereafter.

If profile is well completed, and they begin to gain VPs, it is a good start. If all their VPs are from Launchpad and intermediate actions with no red tabs cleared after the first day or so, you may have problems.

It seems those who get started as mentioned, but also begin very early to start clearing their red tabs, playing games, etc., will have the better chance to become your superstars!!

"How do I identify amongst all my downline members which ones could be superstars in SFI?"

This one can be a tough one to answer. There are times that you will receive a team member that hits the ground running then all of sudden just stops working on their business. Other times, team members will do this same thing and keep up the momentum. Then there are the team members that start out slow or show very little to no progress. You then ask yourself if this team member will be productive. Then all of a sudden that team member becomes a mover and shaker.

You can always check on your team members by looking at their login stats, what badges they have received and so on.

I personally, utilize the PSA/CSA Mailer. As I am working on my business and check my movers tab, I will check on my team members that have been listed on this page. Once a week, I will send them a note or a card to congratulate them and let them know that they are doing a great job. While doing this, I check on their VP Ledger and see if they have completed all of the necessary tasks to gain their VP's. If they have not, I will send them a note to let them know that they have some open tasks and are missing some of their valuable VP's. Up to this point, I have received some very good reaction from this course of action.

All in all, I would suggest to not focus on trying to identify the superstars. I would suggest to continually send your team members words of advice and encouragement. If the team member is progressing well, then let them know.

Identifying a superstar in SFI is really easy. They show an eagerness to learn and most of them hit the ground running. They do the Getting Started actions and do the Launch Pad lessons and are active from day 1. They ask questions and act on the answers you give them. They advertise and recruit affiliates. Basicly they start earning from day 1 and stay active, usually reaching EA2 status or higher the second month.

It is difficult to now when affiliate is on his/hers very begining. It should be visibly even in his/hers first month, if that affiliate is interested to grow his/hers own business. Rarely you will recruit people who will advertise right away after signing up as a SFI affiliate. But, there are such people. I know some off them. And they are very successful. They spread their team and make money even if they aren't so long here.

I would recomend you to try to make a superstar. Maybe some of your affiliates have potencial but don't have knowledge about online business or advertising. Also, it's significant that such affiliate have will and patience, which are extremely important property of successful SFI affiliate. You will know which one is ready to do advertising from begining, who is ready and have possibilities to invest in own business, who is capable to spread team and make it stronger by doing simply duplication.

Have you ever looked up at the sky during the night? I mean do you ever look at the stars? The point is that all stars in general shine and light up the sky at night but if you look carefully you will se stars of different sizes and some shine more brightly than others but among them there are a few that shine and stick out more than the rest. So in answer to your question your superstar affiliates will shine more brightly than the rest.

I will give you another example but this time it has to do with music. In the 1770's during the time of classical music Beethoven was a teenager when he met Mozart and Beethoven played the piano for him and then Mozart said that his playing sounded too studied in other words something he was just playing from memory. So Beethoven started to improvise so right then and there Mozart noticed a superstar and said "Watch out!This boy will give the world something to talk about!"

So if Mozart was able to identify a superstar that is exactly the way you will identify which affiliate in your team is a superstar and give the world something to talk about.

A Superstar shines much more than other stars.
He reaches at least the rank of Bronze Team Leader in a month.
Some Superstars begin immediatly to build their team of PSAs.

Generally a superstar does not need his Sponsor's help.

But we have already seen some of those Superstars losing their status of Team Leader in their second month when VPs are hard to win.

So do not forget to take care of your normal PSA et CSA.

I don’t think there is a way to really identify a superstar in SFI.

Check their VP ledger. Are they doing the daily activities? Are they active in Ask SC and the forum? Do they have a Standing Order (even a small one) or are they in S-Builder?

If they are contacting you with questions, asking for advice and following the advice you give is a sign they are willing to work at SFI.

I like to believe that everyone that joins SFI could be a Superstar so I will treat everyone like they will be. Of course you will have more contact and better results with the ones described above but it is possible to find late bloomers in your inactive members.

My answer is short.

You can see when they start to work right away, and they set their goals to a minimum time and they work toward that goals so fast that you can not folow them.

Or they move toward their goal with persistance and without money but they are doing theis daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
