There are many actions in SFI for which you can earn VersaPoints. Which is the action you should recommend to your downline to focus on and why?

When it is about an affiliate that is on his/hers beginings, it should be actions that can lead him/her to Fast Track Membership:
1. Confirming Registration
2. Whitelisting
[email protected]
3. Completing Affiliate Profile
4. Sending Commitment Message to his/hers sponsor
5. Uploading Photo.
Also, there are so important actions regarding advertising, such as Installing TripleClicks banner on personal blog or Website, and related to this is Entering a new affiliate greating. I believe that this is important because one can start with advertising in his/hers very begining, because it isn't dificult job, and it is much more significant for affiliate to have his/hers own team. Also, advertising of TripleClicks products or ECAs can get more commissions to one affiliate.
Later, when affiliate have learned much more, I believe that doing daily-weekly-monthly actions is the most important actions, because doing it affiliate creates a work discipline, affiliate can learn much more by reading news, forum, and ASK SC responses, etc.

If you were to start over with SFI, what would you do differently, knowing what you do now about this business?

There are three things that I probably would do differently.
First, I would purchase in Fast Track deffinitly. I now see how it is useful for an affiliate on his/hers very begining, and further.
Second, I wouldn't do so many actions. I've lost so many VersaPoint, by doing actions that I should leave for second month.
Third, I would start with advertising so much earlier. It would be much more useful for me to have my own PSAs in my first week as a SFI affiliate, so I could learn and teach them same things.
I started my SFI business without knowledge of internet marketing. Today, in my third month, I'm still learning, but I'm sure that this things I would certainly do different.

Can I be successful in SFI without investing any money? And if so, how?

Yes, you can be successful if you are a great seller.
You will work in SFI on your daily-weekly-monthly actions, and other action that will provide you 1500 AVP for your first month. But, in your second month you are not going to have the same amount of VP in your To-Do List. So, you will need to purchase some money to maintain EA status. If you are unemployed, the best thing you need to know from begining is that this job is very well paid if you are good in marketing and also in selling. In your first month you need to advertise this job, to make your team, learn them how to do the same that you're doing, and behind that, you need to sell products from TripleClicks to earn money that you will need in your second month. Connect with ECAs, advertise their products, sell them and earn more.
Also, you can be successful with just some luck.
Play Eager Zebra games. You have many games with free entries (Card King, Knockout Trivia, Gold Streak), and also, so important, T-Time. Read newsletters and play Spin&Win when it's on. You also have many awards on Daily Grand, so rate additional 20 answers on ASK SC for one additional entry on Daily Grand.

Everything! I would say "Everything"!
I love the idea of having my own business, without boss, or work-time...
I love the possibility to make more money from my home, than I ever dreamed about...
I love Eager Zebra games! They are so relaxing and interesting, excitening at the same time...
I love being part of one great team, where all are friends and all are helpful...
Also, I like when I read some great advices here, on ASK SC, or on SFI Forum. I need so much information about SFI, that I'm happy every time I read something that I didn't read before.

When seeking serious affiliates for SFI, what is the most important question to ask the prospect?

In my oppinion, it shouldn't be generalized. I think that there are three most important questions that you should ask potencial affiliates.
First, all of affiliates need to know that this is a serious business and that they have to spend some time doing it. So, you should ask them *Do they have enough time?*. Maybe they have regular jobs, or they are in collegge, or they are housewives with little children, etc. All of this can effect their commitment to SFI business.
Second, all of affiliates need to know that this isn't "quick money" business. So, you ask them *If they have enough patience?*. Maybe they won't to wait for first earnings and than they won't like this job.
Third, all of affiliates need to know about importancy of their status (EA, EA2, BTL, etc.) and all of benefits that status brings. Of course, in some point they will be obligate to purchase some of their own money to keep their status. So, you should ask them *If they are ready to invest their own money?*. Maybe they don't have that amount of money because they are anemployed, or something like that.

How do I identify amongst all my downline members which ones could be superstars in SFI?

It is difficult to now when affiliate is on his/hers very begining. It should be visibly even in his/hers first month, if that affiliate is interested to grow his/hers own business. Rarely you will recruit people who will advertise right away after signing up as a SFI affiliate. But, there are such people. I know some off them. And they are very successful. They spread their team and make money even if they aren't so long here.
I would recomend you to try to make a superstar. Maybe some of your affiliates have potencial but don't have knowledge about online business or advertising. Also, it's significant that such affiliate have will and patience, which are extremely important property of successful SFI affiliate. You will know which one is ready to do advertising from begining, who is ready and have possibilities to invest in own business, who is capable to spread team and make it stronger by doing simply duplication.
But, also, I wish you all luck in the world to recruit born SFI superstars. :)

How do I get my affiliates to understand the amazing opportunity offered by SFI?

Make tham realise that they are starting their own business. There are a lot of paper work and money need to start own business that is physical (store, coffee shop, etc.). And, it is very risky. One do not know if there is going to be success or not.
SFI is real online job that offers so much opportunities to make money, with or without purchasing in business. And it is always successful for those who are workers.
Which is better and why...to contact my PSAs through SFI (e.g. PSA Mailer) or directly via their email address?

I think that both ways are good. Just, they are for different use, in my oppinion.
I'm using PSA Mailer only for general information, like to remind them to do some actions, or to inform them of something that I am working on. Also, for PSA Mailer you get weekly VersaPoints so it is good tool for your success.
In other side, contact your PSAs via their e-mail address always when you want to tell something exactly to that member. All off PSAs are not the same, and all off them have different needs, so direct mailing is much better aproach to each of them than PSA Mailer. I believe that direct mailing is more personal, much more worm than PSA Mailer, and it gives some kind of confidence to our PSAs so they can relax, and be more active on SFI. If you are kind and helpful to them, they will pay you back with their labour. You can achieve that only with direct contact via e-mail.
