This is an excellent question! If I had to start over with SFI, I would hit the ground running with the fast track and start recruiting from the first day rather than waiting several months before getting serious. I wasted so much time at the beginning and that caused me to fall way behind and lose momentum.
I am new to this business. Just I have joined in it. 2 months finished. In the beginning though my sponsor told me about the beginning actions, I could not complete them. Because of it I have missed the "Fast-track". Now I am feeling about it. But I am happy to be in this business.
If I have to start over with SFI, I would complete all the necessary required actions to earn that "Fast-track".

I would not miss fasttrack membership and lost all the privileges of membership FastTrack offers 2. She is focused right to build a team 3. I would go immediately to a paid ad that is much more effective than free advertising by FSB groups 4. I enrolled immediately English course because the translation in my language is often incomplete 5. 5th) At the time I warned their members to do the same 6. I would have just simply taken my time to learn the ins and outs of SFI.
This business, to me, is like eating a good meal. You have to take time to savor the taste and let it marinate in your mouth. Don't just simply cram the food down your throat, otherwise you won't get to enjoy the flavor.
SFI is that good meal I'm referring to. You have to take it in, little by little, to let the information that Gery, the affiliates, and the sponsors share sink into your head to fully understand the tips and tricks to grow your business.

If I were to start over with SFI, there is one thing I would have done differently.
First, I would not rush to get to be a Silver Team Leader in my first month. Some of those action VersaPoints should be saved for the next month. This is what I now recommend to the new PSA/CSA.

Knowing what I know now, I definitely would have taken it more seriously instead of thinking this was some type of "pie in the sky" program where I might make some money. Had I given it 110% like I'm doing now, and having the mindset that this is actually my business...who knows the position I'd be in now.

This is a real issue for beginners.I, now that I'm starting my SFI business,the first thing I would do isI would immediately take standing order, minimum of 1500 VP.It would allow EA status and all the benefits of it deriving.Then I could easier to dedicate build your team.It would be advised to all my PSA members.Also make more use paid advertising,for building your team.I hope that this will help new members.
