Which is better and why...to contact my PSAs through SFI (e.g. PSA Mailer) or directly via their email address?
I think that which kind of contact you should choose, depends of their profil, their personality. Someone of them like to stay on official level, to communicate via SFI. I think you should start with that kind of contact and latter to suggest contact via personal email address, via skype, facebook to make your contact better.

Depending on whether they are your only registered members of or are members already working for some time. In my opinion the only registered members is better to write email through your email, because that way you give them the knowledge that you exist and that you will help them in their work.
Members who are already working are already familiar with and work for them, you can send a message via the PSA Mailer.

Great question, the obvious answer would be thru sfi.which has all their emails and that is where they are sent.also the 30 versa points you get weekly thru the team mail.should encourage you to use the team mail weather for psa or csa.thisxway your getting the valuable versapoints. I usually use all possibilities of communication.
The problem is not what is better to use for communication but whether someone will respond.
If somebody want to work and communicate they will respond or contact before you see them on movers tab !
Use all you have and work with the workers !

It would be better to apply directly to your email address. On the email address you have a better overview of new members and it's easier to contact your PSA.
With your team easier contacting and can be support in the future.

I feel the chances of PSAs viewing the messages or contacting them is greater when sending it directly via their email address because they check their email a couple of times a day than to check their PSA Mailer because most of them will not remember how to even sign into SFI website by not remembering the username or password they have used when signing up with SFI and other reasons e.g. curiosity

Having your PSA started working in different time periods and different statuses their best is that they're sending a direct individual emails to their email address. This is the reason that they need to do different things for each of them, depending on their status and the number of VP and activities to be carried out are going to different tips.
When should they obavjestis about some news that is current at the SFI or TripleClicks or something that should be made by the due date it is recommended that they send group mail or PSA Mailer.

The first contact I always try through the chat, but that does not always work. Then I send an E-card with starter tips. Within one day, I send an email with my data, and I like to help if there are questions. At the visiting chat I get almost no comments, on the E-card and e-mail I get regularly responds reaction.

If you ask, what is better? I will suggest in this case to use SFI as your back-office for your business. I personally like to check, my inbox constantly in here and sometimes I use the live chat with my sponsor.
In my opinion, the more you read, interact with others, and get to know the system the faster your business will success.

You can contact your PSA through SFI( e.g PSA mailer) and directly via their e mail address.
You can also sent them a single team message on SFI.
You can contact them on facebook.
I prefer facebook. With facebook I can directly speak with my PSA and I can helped them whenever they need help.
My opinion is that facebook is the best option to contact your PSA.
