First of all say welcome to your new affiliates. You can tell them that they can contact you any time when they need any kind of help. You can also give them your facebook link that they can easier to contact you.
You can give them video with initial steps on your language for easier start.

You can contact your PSA through SFI( e.g PSA mailer) and directly via their e mail address.
You can also sent them a single team message on SFI.
You can contact them on facebook.
I prefer facebook. With facebook I can directly speak with my PSA and I can helped them whenever they need help.
My opinion is that facebook is the best option to contact your PSA.
