Should I or shouldn't I try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates when they are not English speakers/readers?

Of course, you need to include members who can not read/write English.
You have lots of options to make them good cooperation, one of them is the use of a translator and thereby can communicate. If your mother tongue is the same communication means it is much easier. Personally, I do not speak English well but when something does not understand seize opportunities interpreter.

First, you want him / her welcome in SFI.
Tell them that you are their sponsor you and that you will refer them to work, to help them in any time if they need the same.
Send them to the tasks TO DO list and the red tabs daily tasks.
You send them to TripleClicks and the free games.

GETTING STARTED-ACTIONS and INTERMEDIATE ACTIONS.

First of all I am trying to understand my PSA job that deals with, at the same time working with his PSA if they need my help. Of course there is the possibility to reassign members and this is another way to help your PSA and to strengthen the team.
It takes a lot of time and perfect communication between sponsors and members to have a successful team leaders.

Depending on whether they are your only registered members of or are members already working for some time. In my opinion the only registered members is better to write email through your email, because that way you give them the knowledge that you exist and that you will help them in their work.
Members who are already working are already familiar with and work for them, you can send a message via the PSA Mailer.

When someone joins SFI need to do the tasks GETTING STARTED-ACTIONS. It is necessary to work Daily and Weekly tasks regularly.
It is necessary to understand the advantages of Fast Track because of the limitations of the first 10 days. And most important is that he or she understand the essence of the work.
