Depending on the platform, installing an SFI or TripleClicks (TC) banner on your blog can be accomplished with elegance. Don’t just install SFI/TC banner on your blog just to be awarded 100 VP but rather think of your blog overall designed that will make good impression to your prospects increasing the chances of your conversion rate.

Most popular blog sites are using the WordPress platform. Why? WordPress offers flexibility. - Before installing your preferred SFI/TC banner on your blog site, you need to prepare your WordPress blog ready to accept it. You can do this by manually placing your banner ads directly into the WordPress theme files or choosing to use a cool WordPress plug in. While there are advantages to both, let’s just work with manually placing your banner ads option.

- Choose the SFI/TC banner you prefer to place in your blog by heading in to the Marketing Aids (https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/MarketingCenter).

- Click Preview and copy the HTML code only of your chosen banner. Your SFI ID is already included in the code.

- Log in to our WordPress administrative area and decide where you want to place the banner. You can add them to your Sidebars, Header or Footer areas using widgets, or you can add them to the text part of your Posts.

Installing your preferred SFI/TC banner to your Sidebar, Header or Footer means that every Page and Post on your blog will display the same Banner Ad. Why? Sidebars, Header Areas and Footer areas are the parts of your blog which are a static part of the overall blog design, so it will be visible on all your Posts and Pages as well as your home page. Whereas, if you install your banner within the Content areas of a Post or Page – where you write your text – you can restrict the ad to be seen on that Post only.

- Install your chosen SFI/TC banner

Since it is a common practice to install banner on sidebar area, I’m going to show you how this process can be easily accomplished. There are two options to perform this:

If your theme supports widgets in your sidebar, go to Dashboard>Appearance>Widgets and then drag a Text widget to the widget sidebar are of your choice and paste the banner code in it. Click the Save button.

If widgets are not supported in your theme, you’ll need to install your banner code directly into the sidebar.php. You can then edit this file from the Appearance>Editor of your WordPress admin page.

- Check out your banner installation how it looks on your blog site, to make sure you have done it correctly.

Here are the steps to create a blog then install banner:

1 - Go to www.blogger.com
2 - Create blog by clicking New Blog
3 - Fill up the form blank spaces
4 - Select template and click "Create Blog"
5 - Click Start Posting
6 - On your Admin Panel, click HTML
7 - Go back to SFI Affiliate Center and copy the HTML Codes of the TripleClicks Banner

Blogs are not all the same, just as sitebuilders are not the same. There are many blogging platforms, their layouts could differ.

It does not matter whose banner you are installing, you must follow the instructions given by the blogging platform. Read instructions thoroughly to become familiar with the blogger builder that you are using. This is key.

It is all well to ask someone how to install a feature, but you must be familiar with the features of that blog and their instructions for installing.

For example if you are using Blogspot, get to know the layout, the editor and the tools available at Blogspot.

In the case of installing banners, You are especially interested in installing the html codes that are provided for your use at SFI.

1-Locate the html editor on your blog so you know exactly where it is and how to use it. You must be able to differentiate it from a Text Editor.
You may want to practice installing Html codes first.

2- Locate the banner link (which is an HTML code) at SFI ensuring that you copy the entire code. A code will begin like this <a href= and end like this </a>

To add a key code to the banner add it to your ID in the html code either before installing the code or before saving it once installed.

Copy the entire code and install it into the HTML editor of your blog and save it.

You may have to switch to the text editor to check that is done.

That is ok, the best part is, it has been made easy over time, technology upgrades themselves and we should upgrade ourselves too, today.., even everyone can do it from just our smartphone.

Here's some directions, to install SFI or TripleClicks banner on our blog or any site.
1) From your SFI homepage, click 'Marketing', above on your black tab.
2) On the marketing page, choose 'Marketing Aids' that will opens wide variety of Banners, Cards, Text ads and many more.. take your time exploring it..
3) Since we were on our Banner installing, choose your selected banner and also aware of its banner size and then click the 'Preview' link which will opens your banner's html code.
4) Read the instruction and understand it well. Next, you will need to 'Copy' those html code, yes.. copy all, from the starting [<a] tag, to the closing [</a>] tag.
5) Go to your blog's editing mode, and just 'Paste' on the area you decide to install.
6) View it on the Preview mode and if you are satisfied, that means you have done a small success today.

Do celebrate your success, and practise it daily to claim yourself a pro..

Installing your TripleClicks banner on your blog is very easy. You can get to know through You Tube. There are diver ways there that can assist you and with different methods and strategies too but the most easiest of all is:
1. Create a blog through google's blogger. It is the easiest way. How do you do that?
A. Open a gmail account. Beside your gmail profile, you'l see google applications. Click on it. It will pump out the apps, click on more, then blogger comes out. Click on it.
B. Proceed to create a blogger profile and select a template using your gmail name
c. Click on 'Create my blog'. Your blog will be created by blogger ready for your first posting.
2. After creating your blog on blogger, go to your intermediate action on your To Do List and click on Installing Your TripleClicks Banner.
3. Select your choice banner.
4. Copy the HTML code and save
5. Go back to your google blog and click on Start Posting. It will bring the New Post Page to you. On the post title, write TripleClicks Banner. Click on the HTML spot and paste your HTML code. By your right hand side of the page, you'l see Label, click on it and write Advert Tips. The essence of this is to organize your post(s) on your blog on different pages.
6. Click on publish. Your first page of your post will come up. It shows it is ready to be viewed.
7. At the top of the page, you'l see View Blog, click on it. Your TripleClicks Banner Blog will be shown.
8. Copy the Url on your browser e.g ifeanyi.blogspot.com. I just used this as a clearer example to you. It all depends on the name you use to open the blog.
9. When you've copied it, go back to your installing TripleClicks Banner Page. Paste your url on the page and click on Check Banner
10. SFI will award you your 100vp point instantly.
This method won't take you more than 5-10 mins or less depending on how fast you are.

3. Register
4. Scroll down until you see your profile picture, underneath it has an orange button "continue to blogger". Click and open a new page. Click the "new blog"

For the benefits of every one, I presume you do not have a Blog A/c and proceed further on that assumption.

1. There are many free and paid blogging platforms available;
2. You can choose one of them like WordPress.Com, Blogger.com, etc;
3. Now, let's proceed to create one in WordPress;
4. Visit: Wordpress home page;
5. Select 'Sign Up' to register for a WordPress account.
6. Hope, you have a valid email address (which is not used to create another WordPress A/c) to sign up for a fresh WordPress A/c;
7. (In case of " NO" then create a new A/c in Google, etc.)
8. Choose the Blog Domain, Blog Title, Language, etc & sign up;
9. Now your Account is enabled & is active;
10.You can see the Tool Bar or Dash Board now - Use it to create your Theme, make
changes, etc.
11.Familiarize yourself with the usage of Dash Board;
12.Every time you publish a new post on your blog you are creating a new page with a unique URL. The Settings for your URL names are known as “Permalinks”.
13. Visit SFI Marketing Tools - Choose one of the SFI Banners - Do a Preview - Copy
the HTML Code;
14. Now, "Create New Blog" in your Blog;
15. Click HTML;
16. Paste the HTML Code in the "Box"

Hi Eleh, to install a tripleClick or SFI banner on your blog, first you must create a blog!
Create a free blog with: http://wordpress.com/

After you've created the blog, you have to customize it. So at the blog website, click customize, then go to Widgets, then Primary widget area, then add a widget. To add a widget go to https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/MarketingCenter, find a banner that you like, copy the CODE (NOT THE BANNER) and paste it in the "Add a widget" window.

Click Save to save changes. Reload the blog page to see if your change has been updated.
Now go to your VPledger once again, and click "For installing a trippleClick banner or blog" if properly installed the page will tell you that you have correctly install a trippleClick banner on you blog. So you earn the 100 VP
