Hello! First you should to congratulate them. Than give some information about how to start, show them launchpad and start button. Explain them about vps, tripleclicks store about games. But too much information is bad too, because new affiliate can be bored and scared that he have to do a lot. Best way is support them teach them, contact with them every time and grow with them. Most new affiates do not continue to work after couple weeks or even days, because nobody contact with them and do not show the way to grow. And they can think it is spam site and never log in again. Thats why i recommend to contact your new affiliate every week and email them asking if they need your help. Hope its help!

Let me start by saying that's the wrong way to approach it.  SFI has an extensive system already in place to encourage upgrades.  Every day, for an affiliates' first 30 days in SFI, they are receiving SFI's LaunchPad™ getting started training message, which, in addition to the training, is designed to show them the opportunity available to them with SFI as an EA.  We also have other e-mails that automatically go out to all affiliates at specific times, all of which are designed to encourage upgrades and maintaining of the rank of EA.  
In other words, we've already got this covered for you.  If you are "piling on" with even more messages about becoming an EA, you're probably doing more harm than good.  Worse, you may be painting yourself in your affiliates eyes as someone who is just in it for "selfish" reasons—that you're just wanting them to upgrade so YOU can "make some money off them." 
And if that's what they think...guess what?  You're going to get the OPPOSITE of what you are after.  You're going to be actually having your affiliates shutting the door on you and SFI altogether.  Not good!
Here's what you SHOULD be doing:  There's an old saying that people don't care what you say until they know you care, and it applies perfectly here.  If your affiliates get the impression in any way that you just want to "make money off them," they're going to resent you, and they're not going to want to do anything to help you, which would of course include upgrading.
Therefore, your approach should ALWAYS be:
*HOW CAN I HELP YOU?*
All of your messages should revolve around this.  Make sure that this theme comes through loud and clear! Don't even bring up upgrading.  Let SFI be the one that "twists arms."  You stick totally to things like:
* "Do you have any questions I can answer for you?"


* "Is there anything I can clarify for you about the SFI Compensation plan?"


* "Have you been to the SFI Forum lately?  There's  a great thread there on how to X."


* "If there's anything I can help you with, don't hesitate to ask."


* and so on.
This is how you will engage your affiliates and build the critical relationships you need to create a thriving team.
Your own newsletter, mailed out 2 to 4 times a month, is also a superb way to stay in touch while providing helpful tips, training, and ideas.  And what does such a newsletter say to your affiliates?  It says you're working hard to provide them with the information they need to succeed.  Not YOU, but THEM.  And it says, "I'm here to help." "For more tips on creating a newsletter, click here

First, you want him / her welcome in SFI.

Tell them that you are their sponsor you and that you will refer them to work, to help them in any time if they need the same.
Send them to the tasks TO DO list and the red tabs daily tasks.
You send them to TripleClicks and the free games.
Tasks that need to be done at the beginning of the TO DO list are:
GETTING STARTED-ACTIONS and INTERMEDIATE ACTIONS.

First you brief them about SFI Triple clicks Wave 3 and others
Explain the what they have got to offer
explain about you for how long you are at SFI an what has it offered you.

I think you need a short check-list with info " do not forget to mention to my new affiliates ".

Let's make a short draft :
-Your full name
- country of origin
- short welcome message coming from their Sponsor : do not forget to mention that you are a Team leader ( if you are...)
- insert the link to your SFI home page
- assure them of your support
- make them feeling you close to their questions

Last but not least ask help from your upline ! They are all well trained for supporting you always !

Many PSAs come to SFI without little knowledge of English and none about SFI.

In my experience the best you can do for them is to send them a step by step guide to help them, first to win the FAST TRACK and the 200 bonus VPs that go with it.

After that tell them where they can find the basics and suggest they learn how this business works.

In the tird place tell them to get affiliates as many and as soon as they can. To build a team is the basis of our business.

Direct him to task for registration, especially for tasks with marked green plane ..... for the resolution of fast-track membership!

Direct goal right now is to get 500 Versa Points (VP) in your first 24 hours.

All other explanations leave for further contacts because our member be ready to set up and some specific questions about the job and solving daily, weekly and other tasks.
