Thanks for this question.
Before seeking serious affiliates, please have a List of:
1. Family Members;
2. Close Relatives;
3. Close Friends;
4. Colleagues;
5. Acquaintance;
6. Others
Try to know/understand their:
1. Back Ground;
2. Their status - in Job or Business?
3. Their goals or aims in their Life?
4. Their Plans to achieve them?
5. Their Likes & Dislikes about business or their current job
6. Do they own a PC with an internet connection at home?
Equipping yourself with these information, please approach every one in the above order.
1. Have a dialog with them with all seriousness & sincerity;
2. Show your genuine concern for their well being;
3. Allow them to speak/share things & listen to them;
4. At appropriate time, ASK them:
* If they look for a residual income?
* Are they prepared to work from home?
* Are they interested to work few hours every day?
* If in business, are they prepared to sell their products to more domestic and
international customers?
* Do they love to be part of an International Organization as its ECA?
If you receive positive answers, (In most of the cases, its "YES"), please explain all about:
1. SFI & TC;
2. Their Back Ground/Credentials;
3. Safety & Security Policies;
4. Business Module;
5. Training & Marketing tools available;
6. Compensation Plan
7. What is your status in SFI? Your achievements?
8. How you can support & ensure their growth & success?
Do not expect them to accept what ever you said, on day one itself. Continue to have dialogs with them at regular intervals. Provide satisfactory clarifications/answers to all their queries & questions based on your experience.
Conclusion:
1. When you initiate your dialogs this way, I am sure, you will be able to have more serious minded people as your Team Members.
2. Their continuance in your Team, of course will depend on, how you take care of them, support them, teach them/train them/motivate them & above all, inspire them.
