We could tell these people,to just come as they are and just used their God giving talent and their money to invest into their very own business Venture. And be ready to learn something from other that don't include money investment all of the time,but more of an learning experience at first and then it will lead into something a little more of an challenge,like listen to other members who are more experience with doing the same things that you are doing. In any business if you donot have time but only money,it would be very difficult to grow. In that case you have to hire people to do the work. But they also will be implementing your ideas for which you have no time.
Having only money without any time will not be a good idea for any business in general and like SFI in particular.
And in any case, here in SFI we are not required to invest high amount of money in the business. Isn't it...?
That person can ask one of his family members to do whatever he needs to do in his SFI business. This is internet marketing business.
He must treat it like any other businesses that he has. He can employ people to do it on his behalf and be the overseer of all that the employees are doing. He will be investing his money in it therefore he has to manage it just like any other businesses he might have.
As far as I learnt up to now ,a good way for them and also for you , for sure ,is to ask them to generate sales as TC member.

Your member does not have time for this, and has the money can open the ECA and the work sells its products in order .But as each job requires time for team had to send a mail group, this is the minimum time.
Make good advertising and bring a lot of team members then made a group on a social network, a joint team working. You do not have to work with the team.
It is essential to good advertising team will advise each other to exchange for work.

Best way is to have 2 sbuilders and a 100 Tcredits on Standing order.
This will ensure his EA status and also getting his team built.
But you also have to advise them to take best care when they get new affiliate notification.
