I firmly believed that SFI has a lot of successful or top earners affiliates who were not English speakers/readers but language did not stop them to succeed, so why should you not recruit none English speakers or readers, as long as you guide them where to find SFI's translate section and as alternative, they can also browse the web too.

The language barrier is fast becoming a thing of the past with the advent of Translate software. At the bottom of each SFI page there is the option to translate the page into any one of dozens of languages. The same Google Translate software is available for emails to your team leaders and movers, as well.
Im my opinion everybody in the world can be a sfi affiliate. Even if their english are poor in reading and writing. There's an translate button, they can translate the information in their own language.
So if you recruit people who's english is not fluent, stimulate them to use the translate button. Or tell them to practice with the translate button and in no time they will be able to read all the information.

Of course, you need to include members who can not read/write English.
You have lots of options to make them good cooperation, one of them is the use of a translator and thereby can communicate. If your mother tongue is the same communication means it is much easier. Personally, I do not speak English well but when something does not understand seize opportunities interpreter.

Well, I think that the language problem is easily overcome, it is indifferent, any language a person speaks or understands, can easily do the job in SFI, he may have some initial problems, but with the simultaneous translation of Google, will exceed quietly the obstacle, then you can look everywhere, even in the most remote lands of the world, wherever you can get SFI affiliates, and then you want to put the satisfaction of having your affiliates who speak many languages different from the other, good job in SFI !!!!

Yes, most definitely, English is not the be all to SFI, the most important thing is their spending power and their commitment. Who only knows they could be the one to build your team, if they have friends or family with spending power and commitment you can reach your goals easily. So I would never over look some due to lack of English language.
