What's best for team building...doing my own advertising or buying PSAs?
Both are good, I think no matter where it PSA came from,isn't a problem.The most important thing is. .. when we already got them .Can we build a solid team?Can we motivate them to Active?So in addition to thinking of choosing how to get PSA, I think we also have to learn how to maintain it.That means in addition to trying to get a PSA, at the same time we also need to learn how to be an awesome sponsor/leader. So our hard work to get PSA isn't in vain.It's just my opinion.

I think the best is to combine. As we know 1% to 3% ever become active, so it is up to us to really look for that 1% to 3%. So the best is to advertise. Every day do something that will improve your business. Advertise in a different area every day and if you are able at least buy some PSAs every month. With follow ups you should be able to start seeing results.

I personally think that we should work parallel.If you have money you can buy a PSA, however , given adequate training , if you are not able to better his own advertising to attract members of your speaking areas.
You should know that most of the new members will not work , so we suggest that money spent for the purchase of TCredits, which will help you to maintain your status EA,until you make strong team.Greeting.
in building best team there are different methods to fellow and depend on your availability to control them and teach them on what to do
in my own opinion i prefer advertising method.. because most of the so call PSAs are very lazy and it can be so painful when you spend so much money on PSAs and none of them is active between the period you bought them and to infinity.
order to be at the safer side i prefer advertising method at least at end of the month you can get an active one.maybe the one you recruit your safe can be active and will generate income for you.

I think that building a team is much better than buying PSA and this for several reasons.
1. It's cheaper
2. When you are doing your advertisements targeting first the group of people from his speaking areas and the people who want to work.
3.A if you already have the money to invest I think it is better to do first paid advertisement because that way you can target a certain group of people.
There's a lot of reasons but I think that these major.

The best way is to build your team and invest in it,teach them how to work, work with your team every day because that is the only way you can get to success.
Build mutual trust in the team, teach them methods of success.
Teach them how their knowledge of the business transferred to its members.
Buying a PSA members nobody guarantees that they will work, bought PSA generally do not work.

I think its a good question.Here s what i would recomand.I strongly believe and recomand your own advertising,couse you can make strong team for your sucessful bussines in SFI.PSA to go are expensive and you dont know if they are workers.So,advertise as much as you can.Build strong team.

I think to best answer this question that you must ask yourself a couple of questions:
1. - Is it ok to trust that the ads placed to gain purchased PSA's were written to filter "tire-kickers" to any extent?
2. - What is my experience to this point? In other words, what percentage of purchased PSA's are active in comparison to the percentage from my personal advertising?
Answer these questions and you know how to proceed.

This is a great question and the answer is to go with your own advertising. With buying PSAs you are just trowing money away and you won't have the wanted results. The most important thing for this business is building a team, and no one wants inactive affiliates. It's better to pay an advert on facebook and it will bring you better results then buying PSAs.
