The best way is to build your team and invest in it,teach them how to work, work with your team every day because that is the only way you can get to success.

Build mutual trust in the team, teach them methods of success.

Teach them how their knowledge of the business transferred to its members.

Buying a PSA members nobody guarantees that they will work, bought PSA generally do not work.

For this there are two answers:
1. If your affiliates just started to work, then you advise them to slow down, do not stare at the points because if they do not have a team below they will not be able to achieve status
2.If your affiliates work for 2 or more months they should accelerate and go to higher statuses, long retention of the status EA2 is not desirable.

When a person joins SFI, what things are the most important for him or her to do?
The most important things to do to a new person who joins SFI immediately are as follows
1) Log into their SFI homepage with ID and password, click To-Do-List to take a basic idea and immediate know-how about SFI/TC. They should also click START tab at right top corner and watch the video for the same
2) To complete their Affiliate Profile to ready to go further
3) White listing his/her email address to get valuable instructions from SFI/Sponsor/Co-Sponsor/Team Leader
4) Upload a profile photo which should be an official photo to prove he/she is a human being and holding a challenging attitude
5) Join E-365 Class Championship to be a Fast Tracker which is most important and necessary action to take for a new comer
6) Contact Sponsor/Co-Sponsor/Team Leader/Upline to receive important information and instruction
7) Start to read Launchpad Lessons and SFI Basics to clear their views and to know more about SFI/TC
The above preliminary and most important step to be taken should enough for a new member who joins SFI immediately

Also this:
When a person joins SFI, he or she should:
1. Know what are all the information available on the Home Page;
2. Know what are all the Tabs available there;
3. Should visit Each & Every Tab (No need to be thorough with each of them on Day 1-
This habit will help him/her to be familiar with all the in built details);
4. Should visit To Do List, Read & understand the significance of each and every Action
furnished under different heads like Getting Started, Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Inter-
mediate, etc, etc.
By doing the above, step by step, the affiliate will be able to understand that:
1. He is into a serious business &
2. It needs to be focused on a daily basis
3. Since he already visited Basics, he will now be able to know the significance of
earning VersaPoints, Compensation Plan, etc.
Now, the new affiliate is into serious act.
As Sponsor, it is now our responsibility to stay connected with him. We should guide him to read LaunchPad lessons regularly.
In case any clarifications are required, we should be in a position to provide satisfactory answers to him.
Once a good rapport is established, we can help them to know more about Fast Track benefits, Significance of a Standing Order, Importance of Duplication, etc.
We should do all these quoting from our own experience with SFI. This will convince the new affiliate to stay focused and do better in his business.
