The value is determined by the product’s margin and the maximum amount that can be paid out in commission. 40% of the CV of every TripleClicks purchase goes to the companywide profit sharing or TripleClicks Executive Pool.
To earn a share, your first objective is to earn as many VersaPoints as you can each month. Each time you complete an action on your SFI To-Do List, you instantly earns the points attached to that action. Each time you and your referred customers place an order at TripleClicks, you earn the Versapoints attached to the product purchased.
Your earned VersaPoints determine your rank, shares in the in the Executive Pool of TripleClicks and your take home commission.
The more VP you score, the higher your rank and the more you receive a share of the company-wide pool. You can lubricate your monthly income by becoming a Team Leader.
