Personally I feel a new affiliate should take their time to get to know SFI and not be in such a hurry to become team leader.
When they 1st sign up give them the advantages and disadvantages of qualifying quickly and then leave it up to them.
Why do I say this?
How do you lead a team to be successful business owners if you don't know how to do it yourself yet? It will result in guesswork or wrong information. All the information will be watered down and will not help the affiliates like it is suppose to.
Can you TELL them to slow down?
No - they have to make informed decisions for themselves. If they choose to become team leaders quickly you change your strategy and support them in that decision - whether you agree or not.
