I believe it is better to let your new PSAs reach their EA quickly, then I think you would help them better to succeed if you point out to them the hazards of advancing too quickly. If they advance too quickly, they will be seriously disappointed when they reach the point of not being able to maintain the rank.
Explain to them the benefits of learning about SFI as they go thru launchpad lessons, and check out the sites across the black bar. It will take time to read all that information, and get familiar with it. If they do the reading you suggest, they will realize that there is more to SFI than gaining rank with no one else to help them maintain it.
Hopefully, they will listen. Read; read and learn; read, learn, put into practice! THEN they will learn how to successfully reach those higher ranks, and they will maintain them!!
