Yes! Absolutely!

Think of it this way; how would you want to be treated?

Would you like to be talked to personally about the business and how to start with it or read an auto responder that may or may not pertain to you and your current situation with the company?

Taking just that little extra bit of time to personalize your welcomes to new psas can make them feel more comfortable with the business and less like you want to scam them or are only in it for yourself

The question is what is "new" affiliate, and what you can find out from their Affiliate Profile in his first month, for instance. I think that it is worthwhile to create individual, personalized letters to PSA after his first month when he is in EA status. Make special effort, work and give the best help to workers. They will come from the crowd and then give them all attention, like with this personalized letter. They already know the meaning of what you are doing, they don't think

The answer to this question is YES of course it is worthwhile to create individual personalized welcome letters to new psa using information from their profile. When you address the person personally you get their attention and their trust witch is very important. You'll never have the second chance to make the first good impression. That way you make them more interested and incorrige them to continue.

Yes it's worthwhile to individually contact each of your affiliates, this way it's personal. It shows them your watching and want to really help the team.
It's like pulling your team leader aside and personally thanking them for their hard work. If you use information from their profile when you send them a welcome letter, it becomes one on one and you really want that.

Yes,it is worthwhile,it can open the door for that PSA to have a repour with you. Creating your own welcome to my team letter is great too. When new members join they are a little reserved. They don't know what to expect. By you making them feel comfortable, they will relax and enjoy what is in front of them. The opportunity to become successful.

Hallo Sharon. Sure, I believe it is worthwhile to create individual, personalised letters to new PSAs because they are all different. SFI gives us some informations how to send a good wellcome letter and I believe these are the best. All the same, an individual warm letter is always good. Some infact they contact you back others not. Any letter, when planed nicely is good to every one.

Good luck!

I believe that I do not want to be welcomed to anything by a robot. That is my ides of a form letter welcome is.
When I write a welcome letter I basically shoot from the hip, sort of speak. I write what I would want to here if I was in that position.
Of course there are some go guide lines in our training that are always best to go by.
You want to make the individual feel welcome, not like they were on an assembly line.

This is a very good question. Sometimes it is difficult to personalize a letter with information from the Affiliate Profile because they have not sone anything with it yet. With that being said, I always write a personalized welcome letter to each of my PSAs and even CSAs. If they have set up their Affiliate Profile then I try to use information off of that, but if they haven't I always write a letter to tell them the important steps they need to follow. I introduce myself and tell them how long

Dear Sharon

When I receive a new PSA whom I have sponsored, the first thing I do is send him/her a general Welcome Letter and then I send an e-card which is more personalized, i.e. if they are above the Green Line, on the Fast Track. etc. That way they have an overview of SFI and also personal attention being paid to them.

Hope that helps.
