Which is better and why...to contact my PSAs through SFI (e.g. PSA Mailer) or directly via their email address?

This very good question. I think that the best for first contact is to be trough PSA Mailer because if you sent e-mail to unknown person he/she might ignore it. Later my advice is make contact via email address because the person you address already knows who you are and expect your letters.But you must not forget to send regular messages through PSA Mailer that way you get 30 vp/w.
When a person joins SFI, what things are the most important for him or her to do?

When a person joins SFI the most important for him/her is to watch the getting started video and to read everything and to take step by step. A lot of new affiliates don't read the basics and the launchpad they just click to collect points and after that they don't know what to do and they give up. Our duty is to explain to the new affiliates to read the articles and to follow the instructions.
Is it worthwhile to create individual, personalized welcome letters to new PSAs using information from their Affiliate Profile?

The answer to this question is YES of course it is worthwhile to create individual personalized welcome letters to new psa using information from their profile. When you address the person personally you get their attention and their trust witch is very important.You'll never have the second chance to make the first good impression.That way you make them more interested and incorrige them to continue.
