Recruiting serious affiliates is what we all desire and while what we tell them is important, but where we get them is also critical. However, in order not to digress from the topic, I will attempt to highlight what has worked for me based on my experience recruiting serious affiliates:

1. Be very frank and honest when discussing the opportunity in SFI because one of the reasons some affiliates are inactive is because what they see when they join is different from what they were told as

Thanks Alvin asking for a very valid question.

In fact, we cannot identify who are the very serious and who doesn't at the beginning but soon they signed up, we would come to know that who are the very interested affiliate. This can be identified in their few actions:-

1) Soon they sign-up, they will go through each and every step and try to find the very best way to move further.
2) Immediately they confirm their email and willingness to move further
3) They will

We have dealt with many other questions concerning this subject like “Why do so many PSA’s become inactive?”, etc. There are many reasons for that, but I think mostly because the prospects don’t get what they expect. To get MORE (impossible to rule out all the tire kickers completely) serious prospects to enroll you’ll have to have a way of screening them before enrolling them.

One way to do that is by telling the whole truth about the business in your ads with a link to one

Dear colleague, this is everyone's wish in SFI.
Infact if it is possible to pay more for serious affiliates, I am willing to do just that,
but the truth is that recruiting new affiliates is like the biblical parable of the sower;
some fell among thorns and were choked, some fell on by the way side and were eaten up by birds,
others fell on good ground and brought forth in twenties, thirties, sixties, eighties etc.
Good ground affiliates is what everyone desires, but you cannot

Without knowing how one is recruiting others into SFI, I would have to say that a screening process might be in order. A little explanation beforehand in the splash page or gateway page could alert the potential affiliate of the daily responsibilities involved in being successful in SFI before they sign up. You could go as far as letting them know that this program is not a get rich overnight process. In reality, as Gery Carson states, it takes a few years to build up a team of executive affiliates,

To ensure you only recruit serious affiliates, you need to either concentrate on recruiting in person, or, if recruiting online, start using your ads as filters rather than magnets.

- If you use the SFI banners, point them towards a blog or web page, which is set up to filter out freebie-seekers before sending them to your gateway.
- Use the Join My Team gateway. It talks about working on building a business.
- Make sure you use the word 'WORK' when describing how to build a

This is a very important question dealing with the quality of affiliates joining your SFI organization. In order to have higher probability of recruiting only serious affiliates, you need to develop a marketing strategy that target serious online business seekers, who are open and honest, goal oriented, self-motivated and results driven.

This is a matter of how you present SFI to your prospects in order to find out, if they are serious or not.

How do you go about in presenting

Hi Alvin

You can never guarantee what people will do after they join.
It's important to read and learn the Training information to help you make your team stronger.

Your job as a team leader is to give information about SFI as:
1) SFI is a real working internet business. Not a "get rich quick scheme"
2) Give prospective PSA an opportunity to become a business owner.
3) There is no investment to join.
4) Every affiliates is given, for free:

To filter out those prospects who are ‘only looking’ and recruit only the serious affiliates, you need to be very deliberate about how your ads are worded and what you communicate to your prospects and new affiliates.

You need to be absolutely honest will all your prospects and tell them about SFI as it is. There is no need to sugar-coat the truth. By all means highlight the positives but the point is to simply give them the facts about SFI. Your prospects and new affiliates will

We all lay our hopes high in almost each PSA we get,I know it.However,it turns out that many of them are not so serious about SFI,for different reasons.

When searching for new PSAs,maybe you can look more for quality then only for quantity. That should be common goal for everyone.

Basic things you should ask prospects are:
- if they have a computer and internet connection
- do they know basic English
(the late is not necessary, since there's Google, but still
