Hi Sharon!
If you have a large active downline, you must also be active. SFI has provided us tools to use. You can use your Genealogy to filter your downline. You can reduce pressure by reassigning your team members to those who are more active. You can do this in many ways according to your team.
You can filter your team according to:
>> Countries and reassign them to their country's Team Leaders,
>> Languages and reassign them to their language Team Leaders,

Communication between affiliates has never been easier. SFI has several ways in which it facilitates this. Starting with the Genealogy, this is a smart way to single out your "active" downlines and movers from those affiliates who are waiting to be pushed to work. From here you are able to collectively send one message to all your movers.

Your Movers List is another area where you are provided a snapshot of affiliates who are moving your team and theirs. This covers a more

Hello and thanks for asking the questions.

Since its two questions I will start with the first one.

Its a good thing to have active downlines but managing them is surely a different thing. Here:

1. To manage your large team you need to communicate with them, always be ready to give them your attention. Response to their mails and chat is very important in other to have a good relationships with them.

2. No active downline is too large to manage when

I find the filters built into the Genealogy Report the best way to send targeted messages to groups of affiliates. Example: I can send congratulations to all affiliates who have gained versa points this month, have become EA this month, or to send a Welcome Message to all the new affiliates today, etc.

Sometimes a message to one affiliate is necessary because that person has asked a specific question and I want to show them personal attention. I always respond to all requests for help.

How to manage a large, active downline?

Let's assume not just thousands. Imagine you have more than 100,000+ new PSAs signing up daily. That's amazing. You must be rich by then. But you may worry how to manage them.

Don't worry! SFI has everything in place, a place for everything and solutions for every problem.

1. The best tool to manage is here https://www.sfimg.com/Reports/Genealogy
Here you can sort, filter, even quick filter. You can filter them to the latest,

A very good general query particularly meant for affiliates or team leaders with very large, active down-line affiliates.

I very clearly and truly intend to agree with affiliate members or TLs who think and say that managing so many active affiliates under so many generation levels is a tedious and difficult task, which saps a lot of mental and physical energy apart from the need to possess lots and lots of patience and tolerance. It is only under such circumstances that various management

At this point in time I would assume that you personally do not have a large active down-line. Well neither do I so I am in the same boat as you are right now.

I am the kind of person who thinks too much about doing things that hasn’t happened yet. I guess I am always trying to be ready if something does happen. The thought of having a really large team of active affiliates has had me a bit concerned in the past.

But the beauty of SFI and TripleClicks

It is not so tedious as it may appear. As we organize our daily schedule by segregating the tasks into need to do, must do and should do.

Similarly, you should divide your affiliates in various categories like
Self starter, Push starter and non-starters.

Thereafter, you need to check their stage at which they are, specially those who are active.

Devise a plan for each and provide the learning material that may interest that particular category. This way you would

We've read this time and again that your PSAs are the backbone of your SFI business. Having said that, I know from experience that if you are truly passionate about the backbone of your business (in this case your PSAs), it becomes natural rather than obligatory.

And yes it may seem like hard work writing a personalized email or response to all your affiliates, but, remember you don't have to do this all the time; this is something you have to do every now and then.
