At SFI forum you get the enlightenment about excelling at SFI , which you cannot get anywhere else. Affiliates put up their problems and successes for discussion from which other affiliates get solutions and alternate paths to follow to do that job which thay were not able to do before reading at SFI. In order to encourage your PSAs & CSAs to cultivate the habit of reading articles related to this SFI business, I would just want to highlight the following brief steps:--
1. Get to know each of your PSAs and CSAs personally.( Build relationship with each person).
2. Be a Reader yourself;
3. Note some significant points in certain Articles relating to SFI Business;
4. Try to draw their attention by asking them ‘inviting’ questions on certain articles regarding SFI business; (e.g. Have you seen the great benefits of SFI Business in LaunchPad Article Day No. …? (Insert the Day No. yourself). Then, bring out one or two salient points to ginger them to go and read that particular article.
5. Review a few articles and do a “summary of member benefits” to send to your PSAs/CSAs. Then, provide them with the URL link to that particular article; and tell them to click to read the full article.
Hopefully, with these few highlights, you could draw their interest and invite their attention more to reading. And in the process, they could actually cultivate that rather difficult but interesting habit of reading.

There's a saying that "a little bit goes a long way." So, by reading a little every day, your brain can simply soak up the informaion like a sponge and stick with you.
Most people assume that they have to read everything at once during their log-in session, but that'll only lead to information burnout and inactivity (we don't want that, do we). One thing I suggest is to give affiliates a small blurb or a nugget of information a day and have them study it for a few minutes. Information burnout isn't exactly good for business, y'know...

Ideally to achieve this important realization, the team members should be encouraged to read the SFI News daily along with details in the weekly Stream and the messages sent weekly to the team members (PSAs and CSAs}. They should also be led to read details in the Affiliate Centre especially the 30 Launchpad lessons and details in the Forum , in order to enable them to understand and digest the important information on on line marketing.

How I would say is to, if you are able to interact with them then you can ask some questions and when they do not know or eager to know answer, you can give them answer.
This way you can share information about SFI and TripleClicks that would help them as part of sales pitch or inspire them to learn more.
You can send them the link about what you want them to learn in your daily/weekly emails.

Featured them at the very beginning that it must be read to gain knowledge and introduce the business. If you have a group or if EMAT do is put the file with all relevant information, highlight a member and tell him that he could read. Some monitors SFI forum, news. Emphasize each member that if they do not read that will not succeed, will not know anything for myself and especially to convey to its members and to learn them.
