What is the most important goal you've set for your SFI business and why?

Have a goal and vision in life is certainly the most important thing!
because, if you do not have a goal, then you are like a ship in a storm that does not know where his port .....
of course with the objective need perseverance, persistence and certainly WORK!
Targets are set as short, medium and long term.
Short-term goal - position BTL (something that is easily achievable and possible.)
The medium-term objective - positions GTL (something that is possible, but not now feasible, as buying a new car or home)
The long-term goal - position DTL (something that is now impossible and unrealisable - like buying aircraft or ship, for example)

My most important goal is: "improving my standard of living". I set this goal because globally the economy is getting worse. Also on my island. It means people have less money in their pocket for the basics things like electricity, gas, healthy food, education, etc. Before I reached my retirement age I want to do some nice activities for myself, like traveling, buying a nice house, clean of debts.
My most important SFI goal is:
Log in everyday and get my 500+ action versa points every month.
I have been with SFI for over 17 months and I have never missed a day of getting the maximum possible versa points. Without these versa points, I would not be an EA or BTL every month so it is a very important goal to reach every month.
The most important goal for me is to recruit 10 PSAs every month. If I can gain 10 every month and 1 of them becomes active, by the end of the year, I can have 12 active PSAs. Without PSAs being added every month, I would lose momentum and my income would start to decline. We must keep recruiting so we can keep our teams alive.

The most important goal is Team building.
We have to plan for each month how much PSA I have to plan and how many Team Leaders I have to build. The success depends on our goal. Without any goal there is no success at all. Team building is the most important part because most part of the earnings depends on the strength and performance of our team. If you concentrate in team building from the beginning you will see success very soon.
The most important goal I set for my SFI business is to make a 10,000+ monthly income. The reason I joined this company is because I was making only enough money to pay bills. I'm a single mother and was tired of living check-to-check. This is the first online business I joined and enjoyed it! I'm now making a monthly income! I'm not making 10,000+ yet but I do see myself making it one day.

Share with them their knowledge, experience, advice and cheer their success. Without a real, strong, hardworking great team you can not make progress, you can only spin in a circle. Everything should just focus on this because therein lies the success and progress of the us and our members.

The first goal I have set for myself is to become at least a gold team leader and this is because I need to earn some money out of SFI
I got this SFI opportunity from an unexpected arena,and having learned a lot in the past 2.1/2 years from SFI I want to pass on this my knowledge to more and more people by recruiting them as affiliates. This is my second important goal.

My Nr.1 goal is to become financial independent !
Why you ask ? I am a proud parent of 4 kids and the one thing I fear most of all is that my children will grow up being hungry or even being "held back" because I cannot provide for them.. That is my biggest drive and that is why I know I will NEVER quit SFI because SFI works !!
I am convinced and a believer for 200% !!

My most important goal for my SFI business doesn't relate to the "Goals" tab at all:
Try out a new form of promotion every month.
The reason this is the most important goal is because the Internet is constantly changing, and we need to adapt our approaches with it. Do not expect what works today to work tomorrow. Stagnation means failure.
