SFI has implemented a system that every new affiliate upon joining will be exposed and be focusing on SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD. One important reason is that, a new affiliate should be grounded with the right foundation in starting his/her journey with SFI. Understanding the core concept of SFI, which is duplication, opens the potential of being an SFI affiliate. With this knowledge based an affiliate can launch his/her career at the fullest by taking advantage of the SFI system and the invaluable training which include the use of tools and resources extensively.
The duplication process requires the following important components:
- Team Leader
As a Team Leader, you direct, educate and support your team to achieve your organization’s goal.
- Team Members
The Team Leader should be able to identify the roles of his individual team members. It is important to know how individual team members behave, contribute and relate with others, so that strengths and weaknesses can be identified and recognised amongst the team members. A Team Leader can then provide effective support and guidance among his/her team members based upon the types of personality of his individual team members.
- Knowledge
A Team Leader needs to consistently widen his/her knowledge base in order to guide and support his/her team members effectively and efficiently.
- Skill and Resources
A Team Leader should have the ability to lead effectively, including dealing with team members in such a way as to motivate, enthuse and build respect within his/her organization. SFI provides important tools and resources to support his/her leadership, including training to develop his/her skills to implement duplication within his/her organization.
Understanding each component of the duplication process is an important key in defining clearly why it is important to have team members to take on leadership roles. Team members should be taught to become Team Leaders to start the duplication process operation and attain the possible full potential of being an SFI affiliate.
A successful SFI business is built upon a system of duplication that is team building and expanding network in depth (up to 12th level) and width (unlimited). That is why it is very important for team members to acquire the skills of a Team Leader in order to take the leadership roles.
