If you have five Bronze Team Leaders you will earn 150 x 5 = 750 Active VP per month. This will boost up your own leadership status, you will receive 2nd home CSAs, TCredits, and matching versa points from all your EA2s and above down to several levels.

Although SFI is not a pyramid scheme, it follows most business models where there is a hierarchy from top to bottom. The only difference is that every affiliate has the same chance as everyone else to build their own empire.
If you can get 5 really good leaders who get 5 good leaders, you will have 25 leaders in your first and second line. Imagine how profitable a business you would have if this went down 12 levels, as it does for Platinum Leaders!!
Of course it takes time and going through many affiliates to find the 5 that will be your leaders. Sometime leaders will pop up further down the line and you will also have Co-Sponsored Affiliates that you can also help to increase your monthly bottom line.
Even if you yourself an not an ECA, for example, if you have leaders who are ECAs, they can train their downline. Of course, it's best if you learn as much as you can and to lead as an example.
