Hello everbody,

Really i think that this cultures and timezones don't make any problem for anyone.
Because we have to be nice to every member who we have, never separate members because is not good for this job. Always try to move your knowledge to all members, don't change your behavior and tipe of writing, because all of that can take bad effects.
Be very carefull about way how you talk with them, try to be honest, and patients.
Try to teach your members on the best

Start-up a web-blog let your down line know that you have put that tool into use via your first introduction letter. By starting a blog you can get to highlight your SFI business model, and improvise on how to use various features on the SFI platform. One other thing, after building your blog you will soon get others who like yourself are online marketers, will want to register to your blog and express

Hi,
At first I thought that I would not be able to communicate with them, it was a time difference and 8-10 hours but I guess that does not matter when you have a goal you want to achieve. When you have so many levers that you can communicate with them, even in their own language can translate not only have to continue to bring you where you want. From each can learn something, everyone has a motivation and it will try to do something new that can help. From my point of view it is great to

Hello world,..

To me different cultures and timezones are no issue as we are all here for the SAME reason,.. Make money online..

The beauty of online media is that the message will be there for my team to read whenever they have the time to.
Same goes for me,. When PSAs send me a message i WILL see it.. Maybe not instantly but I will answer.. If your team knows this then the problem with timezones is gone :)

Best Regards

Time differences can often be real impediments to communication with affiliates, but SFI has powerful tools in communication as Team mail, PSA mail, CSA mail, E-cards, you can see when an affiliate is online; under his(her)photo press chat, you can contact or you can be contacted ,you can leave a message, I think it shouldn't be an impediment than in the situation when you are dealing with people abs.

You don' have to worry about time zones because this is a type of business that runs 24/7. All you write, ask, suggest,or help will be available immediately and will be read by other affiliate as soon as possible. Each of us is aware of time zones and that is why we are all understanding in regards to that.
Language barriers can be easier with either Google translate or some other online translator.
Hope this helps!

Hello
How do you manage your team with many cultures and timezones to navigate?
I think that culture is not a problem here compliance. As for the language should try to communicate in a way that you have a common language such as English izastupljen in the whole world. If there is not then you have to make do like google translator and thus establish communication. As for the time zone that is not a problem. Depending whether you want to stay awake when the other person can communicate

I recommend you that you enroll only people from your country. You can make some forum or FB group where will be people from your team. Of course you need to learn your 1 Generation to do that.

You can translate significant SFI files to your native language, so your team can easier to start with work on SFI, if thay don't know english very well, and you will be easier communication with members in your team if thay are from your country.
