With some I have had, I have purchased shares in a Co-op. It worked for some, not for others.

Some PSA's have only joined to take a look, & on realizing they have to do some work, will never sign in again. These you can not do anything for. Just stay in touch, & keep encouraging them. Sooner or later they may see the opportunity they are missing.

There is no guaranteed method. Trial & error will find the best way for each individual PSA.

To get new PSAs to commit to Sfi, you just have set a target for them. For instance, you can tell them that if they get a certain number of VersaPoints within a fixed period of time you will give out tcredits to them, or assign a new PSA to the winners or gift cards.

Another way to commit them to sfi, is to always encourage their efforts and communicate with them on a regular bases but definitely not over doing it and also giving them guidelines and directions on how to make it in sfi.

This is a great topics for us as by getting new PSA , we can build our income stream
in SFI.

Anyway whoever serious or have money to invest , all at first choice, looks
for an opportunity where their advertise is effective and in the same time
does not cost any money.

In this perspective, I can share some free advertise platform according to their
quality of effectiveness. Also I shall discuss some paid advertisement service as well.

*** Before that I want to mention another tips which is, when you will be promoting
as per my advertisement method , make sure that you have chosen a good landing
page, and try with different landing page with different tracking number to figure
out which is generating more results for you.

1) social media is a great platform where many people surf daily but they usually
do not connected with huge get paid programs, that is why you can introduce
money making opportunity to many social media members.

a) you can create a Facebook fan-page of SFI & invite your friends from Facebook to
your Facebook fan page, thus you will be safe from spam and also can continue
your campaign.

b) You can make a twitter account with Business or money related Niche as SFI is
suited for that niche, and make new followers and post your SFI link there.

c) Other than that there are few more social media site where a huge members
are looking for various business opportunity , such as BIZOPP, SOKULE, APSENSE.

2) You can try free safe list mailer , though all people here try to promote their
own business, and response to others website very less so my tips is not to
spend much time here other than only accumulating points to send a daily or
weekly mailer there.

3) Traffic exchange site is another good option to get huge hits but in my opinion
they are not good platform to generate leads and very time consuming as you need
to surf for a long period, but as there are huge members , so trying to get some
results are not that bad if you have enough time.

Now let me discuss about some paid advertising method to get new PSA for your SFI
Business

1) My first choice goes for pay per action/ pay per lead , as you will be paying
for each action and solid investment for 100% solid results.

2) ppc is another option , but high ppc network is now out of the budget for many
people to get PSA for SFI. as there are very high competition in getting PSA
so you can try different ppc network such as bid-advertise, clicksor, chitika
or even use the advantage of free $20/$50 coupon in some of these platform if you
are their first time client.

Last of all , you can start a blog which can be obtained for free in blogspot,
wordpress or for money if you want to host that in your own server with
premium domain and that could be very effective in the long run.

Unfortunately, I have found no way of getting PSAs to commit to SFI, nor CSAs for that matter. Their commitment can only come by way of wanting to commit to this business. Try as we may, if they aren't ready to work the business on a daily basis, understand that to achieve success takes time, effort and patience on their part, and that SFI is, indeed, a real business, we'll simply have to put up with their inactivity for as long as it takes them to.

You, me and all other SFI business owners, Natalee, must do the things that are within our control - like setting the example for them to follow. Our Leadership Page will show just how committed we are. Keep learning and striving. Stay with it and, in time, you will receive the "fruits" of your labor. They may even see it too.

To be able to get the commitment of your new PSAs, you must consider the following:
1. how committed are you to this business? are you a spectator or a participator?
2. What has been your gain in your commitment? any returns in investment? what has been your testimony?
people want to know what works and how it works.
For example, i was discussing with an a2a friend and he was sharing his challenges with his team with me. he was getting tired. i shared the rewards of my being active and committed to SFI. he was impressed and it boosted him. i told him to teach his team on how to make returns on any investment they make in SFI. that way they will know that SFI gives them back their money plus profits with it if they can utilize the opportunities offered to affiliates
3. Incentives and reward for being active will help them to be committed especially if you explain to them their importance. if you give 10TC or GC, what value does it hold for them? let them know. once they know they will understand what is in it for them and they go for it. that will boost them
4. Boosting their enthusiasm makes them committed. how? tell them ALL the benefits that SFI has for them and how they can use it, that way they will know that the company has their interest at heart
5. to get them committed, you have to build a cordial relationship with them. let them know that you care more than the gain you will get from their purchases. people don't want to know how much you know but how much you care

Commitment to SFI is done at the beginning of the PSAs entrance into the family of all affiliates. Committing to work assiduously means an affiliates giving a firm promise to the sponsor to follow his/ her steps along the journey throughout the SFI marketing program.

For any PSA to take the first right step towards commitment to SFI depends, very much on the sponsor; who guides the new affiliate through introductory and guidance mails. These mails, introduce and direct the affiliate.

When these mails encourages and clears a lot of doubts, PSAs are given the assurances of safety and good stay, such commitment s are easily made.
PSAs who really give such firm promise tend to perform creditably and progress smoothly to the top.
In conclusion, it's the encouragement, setting of good examples by sponsors, motivation of PSAs, the proper guidance thereof among others that serve as the basis upon which PSAs get committed to SFI and to their sponsors.

There isn't any specific way for you to get someone to commit to SFI. Once they register people will usually decide if they want to commit or not.

Most people will only register and not even try. There are many reasons for that.

There is also a small percent of people who will have the will to work and learn. Them you will not have to convince too much.

I think we should try to maintain communication with PSAs who want to work and to let them know that we are here to help , so that when they encounter problems know they can count on us.

My first thought when I read this question is 'that's the wrong question'. It's not about getting your PSA's to commit to SFI. It's about YOU committing to SFI. It's not recommended to force your PSA's to commit, but you CAN show them how by doing it yourself.

There are many (most if not all) things in life that can only be learned. That's why having a 'learning attitude' is so important. If you can't learn you won't make it in SFI. That's why they advertise 'learn while you earn'.

Here's a link to a forum that helps a person understand a little more about duplication and learning. Learning how to teach yourself and helping your team learn what you did so they can have help over the obstacles you had so that they can maneuver around them while they learn how to maneuver around their own obstacles. Their is no possible way to eliminate ALL the obstacles. You do what you can for yourself, and than your team. The rest is for all of us to learn. That's called life. And it's OK. Some things are best left alone. Just like Dr. Suess's story about the Truffula trees in the story about the Lorax.
