I think that teaching a smaller number of serious EAs to develop EAs themselves is the best thing to do. You don't waist all your time sponsoring new PSAs that are never serious, Time they say waits for no one.

Train the serious ones, give them incentives to encourage them.
Lead by example by doing your own bit.
Chat regularly with them on the issue of their progress.

Definitely teach a smaller group of PSAs. Often there are too many people who try out SFI and then quit without the proper mentoring. Would you be able to watch hundreds of PSAs at once when they are lukewarm? You would be spending more time emailing them ane waking them up.

Take care of a small number of EA and teach them how to be good SFI members. Teach them about the rules and the advice and the forums. You will have strong PSAs who can make you money.

Duplication is definately the best way to go in this situation. I mean more PSA's does mean that you will have a good chance of getting more that will reach EA status, but you need to make sure you are working with the ones that are EA and that have maintained an EA2 status so that they can begin forming their own team of EA's and EA2's. This way you can be sure that you will have progressive generations in your downline which leads to more money for you in the long run and higher TL rankings as

It is ideal in the SFI business to sponsor at least 5 active Team Leaders.

but as time goes on, experience has taught me that some grow cnold itn the business for various reasons and drop. So with few active team leaders you will be left with little payouts.

The other way round, when you sponsor myriads of PSA's you will have a cluster of inactive affiliates. This may also discourage you.

My answer and advice in this regard is to consider quality and not quantity.

This is a great question for incoming Affiliates. When you begin with SFI the first order of business should be to first and foremost:

1) Understand what type of Marketing Program you have just joined.

2) You are required to read 30 Launchpad Lessons in 30 Days. I certainly do Not suggest to any New Affiliate to simply breeze through these Lessons for they are the Baseline for the rest of your Career here at SFI.

Why separate either as a better goal? Like drawing from many playing cards that contain a few aces it takes several PSAs before you have those who want to work. Once you have them we know our job is to work with the workers. When you have your aces you will help them grow their team and teach them how to get started and develop those EAs. It is a numbers game.

You have to prepare yourself to be an effective sponsor. Lead by example and never expects others to do what you have not done.

In SFI, the possibilities are endless.Whether,Sponsoring hundreds of PSAs or guiding small number of Affiliates to become EAs, that should be based on your self assessment, how ready you are to take it to next level.

The best goal to aim for is duplication. It is no good getting hundreds of inactive affiliates every year as this will not help your business or your finances.

As soon as you get a PSA you should be promoting the idea of duplication by teaching that EA to copy your methods and teach their PSA's to follow the road of duplication.

As SFI is built on duplication this is the better goal to follow and promote

Sponsoring hundreds of PSAs every year and keep training them to become EA and develop EAs themselves is a better strategy.

There is great profit in numbers and in this business you need as many PSAs as possible. The good news is that there is no limit to the number of PSAs you can sponsor.

The implication of teaching smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves is that, your few EAs may become inactive or may not place any order. This means no income for you.

To me the better goal is to have a smaller group of ACTIVE EAs who can each develop EAs themselves than have a large group of PSAs who seem confuse and cannot reach EA monthly.Quality is better than quantity.When you have EAs who knows how to become EA monthly your work load is lighter and you can then concentrate on other areas in building your empire like getting sales for the items in your store and getting more ACTIVE PSAs.
QUALITY is way better than QUANTITY!!
