Both PSAs and CSAs have their own advantage.

Think it like this way.You have 100 of PSAs whom you are interacting with regularly and helping with all the suggestions and guidance.

But, there might be the cases, people for whom you have been assigned as CSA, are not lucky in getting such help from their sponsor.Sooner or later,they might lose their interest in SFI and quit.Simply because, no one was there to help them when they needed it most.

Not to forget, the additional benefits and earnings these CSAs can bring you in future.Guiding them for the initial periods will help you in a long term, once they understand the SFI Business Process and start exploring further of their own.

What would be a better goal and why? Sponsor hundreds of new PSAs every year or teach a smaller number of EAs to each develop EAs themselves?


In SFI, the possibilities are endless.Whether,Sponsoring hundreds of PSAs or guiding small number of Affiliates to become EAs, that should be based on your self assessment, how ready you are to take it to next level.

If You are New You should be asking yourself these questions yourself.

1.Have I understood the SFI Business completely.

2.Am I ready to guide my affiliates with all their questions or I have yet to learn.

3.Do I have all the bandwidth(time) to help out hundreds of affiliate.

As it is said, your success will not only depend your own actions but your affiliates will also be playing a key role in your success.

So , at the beginning,I would suggest to start with few numbers of affiliate,work with them, let them help in achieving EA status and follow the duplication process.Once you will make a small team of EAs and boost your confidence level, go for the next level.
