That's a good question, I would say yes, but I think that's up to you.
When an affiliate ask for help you should be there for them,
to volunteer help that's not asked for, can sometime lead to an opposite perspective,
and change the thought pattern from learning to overwhelming which can cause undesirable
results. Do not read into help questions just answer them the best you can, and I think that will be more appreciated and not overkill which is to much.
I hope this

Hello first of all.
You think too much help can not hurt? Trust me, you can not. We are not all the same, someone realizes immediately, someone needs more time. If you see that they try, they want to work, and they do not know, we should help them, of course!

Send mail their PSA and CSA, means a lot. My own CO-SPONSOR much help with their e-mails. My sponsor did not provide any support, unfortunately, but because the CO-SPONSOR and UP-LINE SPONSOR much help.

Make an effort

This one depends on your own financial stance.

If you can afford to give T-Credits to affiliates that make EA, 5 PSA's to affiliates that make Bronze Team Leader, and 10 PSA's to affiliates that make Silver Team Leader go for it.

I can't afford that. I am still struggling to make any money at this point and can't afford to be giving the gift certificates, T-Credits, or PSA's.

In the mean time of being able to make the money the only thing I can do is send out through

Is there a thing longer available as helping your affiliates TOO much?

Interesting question, I answer with these guidelines that I hope you can clarify what to do with your affiliates.

You can count on a reliable team member who gets work done and does His fair share to work hard and meet commitment are. He or she follows through on assignments. Consistency is key. You can count on him or her to deliver good performance all the time, not just some of the time.

Do you not be live we must keep our eye on the ultimate goal?

Every case is different but can I use the following anology.

When we learned to swim, which was best?
To be thrown in at the deep end thus frightening us off water for the rest of our lives.
Or being slowly introduced in a safe pair of arms thus increasing our trust and confidence?

Many who join SFI are sceptical and have no knowledge of running a business.
It is surely a sponsors job to

I would say that there is a thin line between being helpful and being painful.

Help those who welcome it as far as you can.

Though some people work better doing their own thing. These ones you should rather let be. Keep an eye on them and lead where needed and let them know you are still there and an e-mail away.

By taking on more personal form of communications and on-on-one mails you will get to know which is which.

There is a limit to how far you go to give help. You have to show your affiliates where to go for answers to questions and problems. They need to be able to help themselves. If you keep give everything on a platter, sort of speak, they are going to expect that all the time.
There is nothing wrong with a reward or a gift to encourage them to keep up their good work. Those affiliates will do what it takes to learn and move on if they are really wanting to build a business. The ones that are

Good question !

Every new member needs some help from sponsors,You should make a balance .
In the beginning nothing is too much, later many of us relax and communication decreases what I consider to be mistake.

Every day Communicate with your co-workers, offer them your help .
After a month or two you'll know who will be true leader and who need more and who less assistance from you.

I hope my answer helped, I wish you all the best !

Rich knowledge, leadership, duplication of instructions by subordinate and advertisement are the most effective tools in SFI business.

Leader must be enriched with knowledge so that he/she will be in a position to answer all questions asked by his/her subordinates.

Leadership is required to drive the team and also to motivate all team members to follow instructions with good pace.

Duplication of instructions by the subordinates as originated by the leader is the key

Hello Emma.

I must say that, this is one tough question. I am not sure if there is TOO MUCH. In this job, you are sponsor to your PSA's or co-sponsor to your CSA's. When they skip one or few tasks you are there to remind them on that, when new weekly actions are on, you are there to remind them. When they do something good, you award them, with few credits or wave3 membership. If they didn't do something right, you are there to explain them, so they can do it good next time. People who
