Every new member needs some help from sponsors,You should make a balance .
In the beginning nothing is too much, later many of us relax and communication decreases what I consider to be mistake.

Every day Communicate with your co-workers, offer them your help .
After a month or two you'll know who will be true leader and who need more and who less assistance from you.

In my opinion, all the lessons are very important in SFI!
First day I joined the SFI I read something that stuck in my head I think about it every day while we work: READERS ARE LEADERS !

As in any other business, if You want to progress You must learn all You can about the work you do.
All lessons are important and they are all related. If you want to succeed in this business, read them and learn from the LaunchPad.
