Hello Emma. To give you a simple answer to your question, yes. Help your affiliates to much will make them lazy and dependent on you. They will expect much of you and will not do any learning for themselves.

You need to work out a fine line between helping them to achieve and progress and helping them too much. I get over this problem firstly by offering my help and encouraging them to email me if they need help. I also have a website where I set out some limited

It honestly depends on the kind of help you mean, so helping by always giving someone fish at some point may be too much help, but helping by teaching the person how to catch the fish himself will never be too much of a help. In the former you are turning the person into a dependant, while in the latter you are teaching him how to fend for himself.

The same applies to your affiliates because if you continuously do things for them that they can do for themselves or you can teach them to

Great question Emma!

Yes, I do believe there is such a thing as helping your affiliates too much - Only if the recruit is clearly not interested in being active on your team.

As a Sponsor or Co-Sponsor, your goal is to recruit and teach your team and steer them on their way to success. In order to do that, you need to recruit people who are:

1. Looking for a way to grow a second income
2. Are willing to invest time and money
3. Are dedicated and focused

Yes, there is such thing as helping our affiliates too much. There are three instances that I would say that helping becomes too much that in can undermine long term sustainability.

1. When we help someone develop dependency - We should never encourage affiliates to depend on us. We must teach them to do it themselves not you doing things for them. No matter how slow it will be teach them how to fish rather than giving them fish.

Example: He needs to put an ads somewhere and

SFI's advice is that you can help too much if you are sending them money or gift certificates. Personally I don't think you can help too much if you do it wisely and set aside what you can afford and don't go beyond that number. By afford, I mean both time and money. Here are some beneficial ways you can help.

1. Start by writing them messages and being willing to answer any questions or concerns. If they respond, then I'm more apt to help them.
2. Check their ledgers about once a

Hi Emma, there is nothing like helping your affiliates too much.
There is a natural law called seed time and havest. Our entire life is
supported by this law. Some translate it to be whatever a man sow, that shall he reap.
Relating to SFI, those things you are doing to assist your team is returning back to you as rewards.

1. Essentially it takes your energy, time, money and commitment to be a true leader.
2. But the motivation encourages your team to always be at

This a good question. Although I help my downline PSAs and CSAs any way I can, there has to be a limit. I mainly work with the workers. I answer questions as soon as I can from any of my affiliates and/or direct them to find out themselves once they have been doing well several months.

They must prove that they want to succeed and follow the advice they have asked for. You, as a leader, can support them with your story, successes and failures. You can give tips to each of them personally

Yes and no.

As sponsors and mentors, we have an obligation to teach and coach those who join SFI as part of our team. Teach them how to navigate the SFI site. Teach them the importance of logging in daily and completing their to-do list. Teach them how to find sites to advertise on. In this sense, no, we are not helping them too much.

It only becomes a problem when you start doing things for them. That carries the strong risk of them becoming dependent upon you, wherein they

We need to be helpful to our team members. This help comes in the form of teaching, explaining, encouraging, coming along side, and everything else that helps the member to become more successful at running and expanding his business, at becoming a more talented sponsor, and more of a compassionate human being.

Helping usually does not include doing his work for him, teach him how, nor does it include always giving him TCredits and Gift Certificates so he can buy his way out of trouble.

I think there is 'such a thing.'

Your affiliates are at SFI either to earn an income or to build a business.

Helping them too much will be doing their work for them so they can achieve an income from either. in any business you must make some investment or it is not a business. Investment is money or time, so investing YOUR time and money will be helping them too much.

You as a sponsor have to teach, coach and mentor them so they can be successful with the
